In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

This was the third time in this charming, family-owned, boutique hotel just a block from Blvd. St. Germaine. It is lovely and especially nice that it's not a place where the tourists' buses arrive and dump all their folks. It's quiet. The breakfast is over the top and it's nice

What level room has a balcony? Is the Junior suite worth it?
Dear Bernadette M, Thank you for asking and apologies for our delayed reply. We have only 3 rooms with balcony: • 1 Junior Suite at the 5th floor with 3 small ones • 1 Deluxe room at the 4th floor and • 1 Superior at the 4th floor as well. In each of our hotel’s rooms we have sound proof double glazing windows. Please feel free to ask if you have further questions. Kindest regards, The Management
