Location couldn’t really be better, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, an even shorter walk to some great places to eat and drink. All other tourist spots are walkable in half an hour or so but transport is handy enough if you prefer, metro...More
This quaint and small hotel along Rue Cler is a diamond- beds are comfortable, room is very clean, and you may even have the room with the view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. It is around 3 to 4 blocks of walking to...More

This hotel would have been great except that there's only 1 outlet. After whole day sightseeing we all ran out of phones and camera batteries. So, if you book this hotel bring a plug with multiple outlets.

This charming little hotel was our home for three nights in Paris. It's on Rue Cler, a little street that features flower stalls and fruit and vegetable vendors. Lots of very nice cafes and restaurants in a one-block radius. And it's an easy walk to...More
We relied on the 4 star rating from trip advisor when booking this hotel. It was anything but grand and would be at best a 2 rating, we think 1. The room for two was so small (room 15) we could barely fit our bags...More

With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and
politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
The hotel will arrange for a shuttle. It is not free at all, but less than a standard taxi would be. Hotel Leveque can give you the rates, if I recall correctly, so that you can make the best choice for your situation... More
The hotel will arrange for a shuttle. It is not free at all, but less than a standard taxi would be. Hotel Leveque can give you the rates, if I recall correctly, so that you can make the best choice for your situation. If/when I stay again (and that is definitely in the plans), I would not hesitate to use the shuttle service arranged by the hotel.

That's an entirely personal preference, in my opinion. I was in the twin room, with no view at all. But like others who have commented, my time in the room was very limited I was too busy exploring and experiencing Paris. I will say, that regardless of which room you ultimately book, I think you will find the location of Grand Hotel Leveque to be a major selling point. I LOVED the area and the street itself. You have everything (and I mean EVERYTHING!) you need with a very short walking distance, from a coin laundry to a post office and bus/metro service. The local residents are fantastic and the shopkeepers are so helpful and friendly.
Have a terrific time in Paris, regardless of the size of the room!
