Everything is good, the position close to Tour Eiffel, walking distance to Champs Elyssee. Nice small hotel. The rooms are clear. Sufficient place to stay with children in the family room. Many nice restaurantes around.

Not a pleasant stay. Room AC leaked all night. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. You could hear the other guests when using the facilities. Breakfast that was bare minimum. Would not come back here. They need to update this place.

The hotel’s location is perfect for moving around Paris and the service was excellent with staff going out of their way when needed. Everything you need is there, just wished the rooms (and elevator) were larger, ours was small
