I had a one and a half day trip to Paris and staying at Hotel de Castiglione was the X Factor that made this an unforgettable adventure. Very nice service at the front desk always. Check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon. It's location made it possible to visit Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, Tulleries Garden, Arch...

Spend two nights here this week. My room was on the 7th floor facing the yard so I didn't get the view to the Eiffel Tower. Room was very spacious and clean, nothing to complain. Bed was good and the pillow too. No noice what so ever (from the hotel or the street), AC was working just fine and there...

Definitely does not deserve 4-star. It's under construction and I think they should have to inform during booking. We stayed in an old-fashioned,boring room everything was so old and had a bad smell. Minibar didnt work properly. Showerhead was broken so you had to handle it during your bath and the water splintered to the floor,etc... Housekeeping was poor that...

As of March 2017 the hotel is under renovation. Whilst the renovations are much needed - the hotel is shabby, the disruption is significant. Laundry bags are piled up in corridors. Corridor carpets paint stained. I was woken just after 5am by repeated banging from one of the walls of my room. On closer inspection the noise seemed to be...

Reception has only 1 person. Not very helpful front desk. Worst service. Breakfast is pathetic, not many options begins & end. By 9.45 they stop refilling the breakfast. Room was cleaned only once after request also they don't. Toiletries were not good. Towels were horrible. Bus stop was far. Taxi station is nearby. We stayed there for location but would...

Dear hotel manager, dear fellow travelers, it is a shame to see such a place in the 21st century. I guess the only reason you survive is your top location. What constantly bothers me: - you arrive many times in Parisian hotels and have the impression you should fall in your knees and be grateful that you are allowed to...

Don't let the rather modest appearance of the reception of this hotel deceive you. The rooms are modern enough and tidy, and this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially when you're given a room on the 8th floor, with a balcony and fantastic view on the Eiffel tower, Dôme des Invalides and the huge merry-go-round, which has spectacular lighting...

This is an old hotel make no mistake, it is near the Japanese and American embassy which may be a plus. It is located in the major shopping district and you are walking distance to everything from shopping, to the Seine, Eiffel tower etc. The room was recently renovated but I can't say they spared every expense, it was comfortable,...

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe.
