This hotel was in a good location, within a 5 minute walk of the champs elysees and the arc du triomphe. Good transport links near to the hotel. The hotel had character with nice courtyards and window boxes however the rooms were very small and compact.

The staff are excellent and service levels are very good. Only comments are that the carpets need to be renewed and the air conditioning needs to be updated The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms modern and showers are great.

The location is great, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the bus tours start point. I accept that the room we had was small but very clean. The bedding was crisp white and the bed was comfy. The staff were excellent and very helpful and if you wanted taxis etc they would get you one straight away. Nothing...

This hotel is by far too expansive for the room. I think it is the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. I don't understand how it can have 4 star. I think the rooms has been designed for dwarf not regular people. The bed just fit no 30cm left in each side.... No lift ... a very...

Centrally located off the Champs Elysees, room was small that was to be expected in Paris. The headboard and carpet were stained and looked out of place. Need to be replaced or steam cleaned. Excellent staff and service could not fault them.

The one good thing about this hotel is it's location. Other than that, I can't think of another reason to stay there again. The lift was out of order one of the 2 day's that we were there. The lobby area is very stuffy. Our bedroom was small but sufficient. The bathroom was just too small and we couldn't use...

Very poor room. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Europe, staying at nine different hotels/apartments.This was by far the worst we encountered, and in my 35 years of travel in Australia, it would rate as one of the worst I have been at. In the middle of their summer, we had a room with no air conditioning and the only...

We stayed here for a few days for the Tour De France and had a really good time. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were great, really friendly and spoke perfect English, we were in room 302 which was an...

This place was quite well located, but for sure isn't on or even too near Champs Elysees. The room I had was beyond the garden out back and frankly was 'poky'. Couldn't open door fully as the bed was in the way, and the only place I could find room to unfold the ironing board was in the bathroom. Staff...
