Hotel Prima Lepic is situated on Rue lepic, a lively street full of cafes, bars, fruit and veg stalls, clothes shops and souvenir shops. At the end of the street is the Moulin Rouge. The area makes a fantastic base to explore the rest of paris. The hotel is clean and efficiently run by the very friendly and helpful staff....

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights in July and found it charming. Our room was at the front overlooking the streets. Some might find it quieter at the back but we liked being able to open the windows and look up and down the street. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with directions, breakfast good. Our room was very clean,...

Be very careful with your credit card information to this hotel!! We have a reservation where it is stated that breakfast was included and even nevertheless did Hotel Prima Lepic make a unauthorized transaction to our account after we returned to Denmark. And what is even worse – they refused to give the money back to us, so now the...

This little hotel couldn't have a better location. In the centre of Montmartre, it's on Rue Lepic, which is full of the most wonderful food shops - with the atmosphere of a provincial market - and just a few doors up from the "Deux Moulins", the tabac Audrey Tautou "worked "in in "Amelie", the quintessential film of Montmartre (there's a...

We had a two night stay at the hotel and generally found the room comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The bathroom was small but was well equipped though a few cracked tiles were evident. The reception was welcoming and helpful and any assistance required was given. We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning. Our later arrival though did mean...

Location is great to explore Monmarte on foot!!!!. only few minutes from Blanch metro station and close to Sacre-Coeur Basilica. The hotel is among boulangeries, patsseries, cafes, fruit stores, prepared food stores along Rue Lepic which is worth exploring to see where Van Gogh once lived and where Moulin de la Galette is. Also there's a Monoprix (supermarket) across the...

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
