A district renowned for its fashion houses, antique shops, art galleries and gourmet restaurants, a few steps from the Champs Elysees. Our hotel is the new "Haute Couture" of the 8th district. Enjoyed our stay in Paris here. It is a small hotel with only 1 elevator but there are stairs as well if you want to get your steps in.
Pros: - Location! It is very close to many shops and amazing restaurants. We did not have a bad meal. Less than 10 min walk to Champs Elysees. Only a couple min walk to the Metro 9 line and a few min walk to the 1 line, both of which can get you to most places around town. - Nice breakfast buffet which was only about 13 Euros per person if you prepay at check in. Nice selection of hot foods such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes; cold cuts, yogurts, fruit, pastries, cereals, and more. We didn't use it every morning since there are many cafes nearby and we wanted to try some. - Snacks and drinks are complimentary in the restaurant between 2p and 2a. They had mostly cakes and pastries. One day they had some veggie wraps. Drinks include sodas, juices, water, coffee, tea, etc. - Daily drinks in your fridge. Each day they restocked your fridge with water, soda water, juices, and sodas - all complimentary! - Clean rooms - Amazing and helpful staff
Cons: - No gym - The AC was facing the bed so it kept blowing on us every night which was annoying. - Wifi blocks VPNs. This was a huge con as it was difficult to get a secure connection since the Wifi wouldn't work with my VPN. - No laundromat. Luckily the staff directed to a C'net self service laundromat which was only a few min walk away near some great restaurants so we could eat while waiting for our clothes.

Reception staff very cozy room comfortable bed and soft pillows good shower at the entrance left a box of chocolates as welcome water Pepsi apple juice in the frigobar daily free has a free snack in the open bar until 2 hs in the morning. Just breakfast I found few options for a 4-star hotel. I travel a lot across Brazil and International and making comparisons I found it can improve breakfast.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were able to hop on the metro 2 minutes from the front door and get almost anywhere in Paris with only one or two changes. The room was small compared to US size, but bigger than many other Paris hotels. It was clean and modern. There was an elevator that worked flawlessly during our entire 2 week stay. The bathroom was very large and included a tub/shower combination. The complementary refill of soda and water in the room refrigerator was extremely appreciated. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again if I ever get back to Paris!!!

It was really wonderful experience to stay at Le 123 Elysee Astotel. The room was fancy and big enough for two person especially considering the average room size of European hotels.
It has a balcony and we could enjoy the beautiful city from it. The room was clean and bright and well-managed.
I could hear the lovely bell rings every hour and fifteen minutes from the cathedral which is located across the road from the hotel. Don’t worry that the bell would become noise. The window is soundproof, you can hardly hear the bell when window is closed.
The complimentary drinks and free snack bar were also great.
The only problem was that the road was under construction in front of the hotel. But the Olympics is coming noelw and a lot of places in Paris are under construction, so I could understand it.

We booked 3 nights in this hotel in the very last moment before departing for Paris as we initially had booked another hotel in the 12 arrondissement. This ticked all the boxes before and surely did so during and after!
Lovely hotel both on the outside and inside. The rooms are clean and sizeable with good storage space for the luggage and to easily move around. We had a picturesque French balcony with flowers hanging from it that our daughter loved to stand at and watch the people walking by outside.
The hotel lies very central so there of course is traffic but when closing the windows it was silent and not an issue to sleep at all.
And regarding the location/hotel quality vs price this is a superior bang for the buck. Less than 10 minute walking distance to Champs-Elysées and then some 20 minute more to get to the Eiffel Tower by foot is truly a AAA-location in our world.
The hotel is clean and kept in a really good condition. Beds were made in such a way that my lieutenant from the army would cry happy tears. 😉 Plus when we arrived they had placed a lovely package of macarons with a hand signed letter form the Hotel Manager. Such a nice welcoming!
The minibar was free of charge for soft drinks and refilled daily (where do you find that these days!) plus the hotel offered a great way to wind down in the afternoon, between resting from sightseeing and getting ready to hit the restaurants, by offering free snacks, cake and soft drinks in the hotel lobby.
The hotel helped us arrange a premium taxi transport to and from Charles De Gaulle at a price of roughly 65 Euros per way. Very price worthy and you could trust them to be there.
When we return to Paris this will be our hotel again for sure and I hope many more will experience this great place to stay!

Just returned from our mother/daughter trip to Paris. It was a first visit for us and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay then Hotel Le 123 Elysees. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with such warmth and kindness by every member of the staff. We were greeted with a sweet card acknowledging our birthdays that we were celebrating together, along with a small bottle of champagne and plate of macarons. Our room overlooking the street was lovely - large by European standards, and featuring beautiful high ceilings and huge windows with a petite balcony to sit and enjoy the views of the historic church across the street and charming boulevard. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious as well. We also really appreciated the constantly restocked mini bar, delicious breakfast, and constantly available snacks and pastries with soft drinks, coffee, and tea in the lounge. The neighborhood is great, with many small cafes in walking distance, as well as the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe just a short walk away. We felt so safe and secure as two woman traveling alone. We didn't use the metro, choosing Uber and walking instead, but there were two metro stations close by. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel as a base for your Paris adventure. I very much look forward to returning to Paris again someday and will definitely choose to stay here again.

My wife and I loved the 123 Elysées Astotel hotel. (We make numerous stays each month in the different hotels around the Champs-Elysées). - We discovered at the beginning of December 2023, this brand new 123 Elysées Astotel hotel with a very beautiful decoration. - We were able to benefit from a very beautiful room on the 6th floor, with a view of the illuminated Effel Tower, for €135 for 1 night (Sunday evening). - Marina at the reception is very very kind and helpful... - Important note: the Mini bar is free and the Open bar for non-alcoholic drinks (water, fruit juice, etc.) is incredible in Paris! . *** If we manage to get this same kind of price, we will definitely go back!

We stayed at this hotel for an entire week and had an amazing experience for our first time in Paris/honeymoon. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a balcony with a nice view and small seating available. Upon arrival, we were able to drop off our luggages before check in and they were even brought up to our room! The location was great for us in terms of walkability to the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel tower, local boulangeries, restaurants & shops. Uber, taxi and rentable bicycles/scooters are also available in the area. We were please to learn that breakfast was availability in the hotel daily- the croissants were so good! There are also a few staff members who assist in the breakfast service & who will end up remembering your coffee order.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful & the cleaning staff for the rooms did a great job! Our rooms were cleaned daily- which was a nice surprise, as other hotels I’ve visited recently have stopped these services during covid. Shampoo/body gel, conditioner & lotion were available in our bathrooms, along with other amenities like a shower cap, cotton pads, lotion & a small sewing kit. The room also came with a mini fridge & a safe.
Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!
