We received friendly and courteous service from the hotel staff from the time that we arrived for our 3-day stay. We were initially greeted and checked in by Zanetta, our hotel desk clerk extraordinaire! During our stay she and her staff not only accommodated our hotel requests, but also Zanetta provided travel directions for our scheduled tours, served as language...

We spend few days in Paris. Hotel ACADIA is perfect for the stay when you want to visit as much as possible in few days because of its location. Tube is near and hotel in very “Parisian style” area. Many brasseries around facilitate our evenings and we could walk in evening without taking any transportation. Hotel is simple but very...

I came here to write the review, and the one below said exactly what I was going to write! Very rude desk clerk! Its a man with short hair. We arrived at 1:30, check in was at 2. And I really do think this is a pivotal time to make an impression being in the hospitality industry. The man at...

I loved this hotel for the first few days. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Because our room was very hot, too hot to sleep. The desk clerk loaned us her personal (she said) fan when she left for the weekend. Then the weekend rolled around... We were surprised to return Sunday afternoon to find that the fan had been removed to the...

Dear KaCee88, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comment with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for this very unpleasant experience. You are right, the unusual heat wave of this specific week has caused many AC faulty operations or breakdowns in Paris area. As regards our hotel, the AC was still functioning but not as...

We were a family group of eight staying at theis small hotel which is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing, being able to walk to both the sites on the Seine and in Montmatre. The metro station is also close and the gare du Nord 15 minutes walk for the Eurostar. The hotel is on a quiet backstreet, The...

This hotel is located on a quiet street in a bustling part of town, within easy reach of restaurants (including the excellent Buillon Chartier) and bars. The Metro station Grands Boulevards is 5 mins walk, and places like the Louvre and Sacre Coeur are a 15 to 20 min walk. The Hotel itself is small and clean and reasonably priced...

My daughter and I stayed here during the Paris portion of our European trip. It was absolutely wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was hearty and filling. I loved the muesli. Free soft drinks, juices and snacks throughout the day. Reciprocal privileges at other hotels around town. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Great value.

My wife and I were in Paris for three nights and we had a great stay at the Hotel Acadia. It is located just far enough away from some of the major sites (Louvre, etc.) to keep you out of the super busy tourist areas, but you can also quickly get into all those areas by walking, or even better,...

This is adorable modern hotel. I stayed at Acadia for 5 days. The location is great. I enjoyed my stay. The room is a good size, very clean and everything works. The bed and The pillows are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is perfect. The complimentary Mini bar in The room is a nice touch. The staffs are amazing!...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
