The hotel is ideally located to explore Pigalle and Montmartre. We were tickled by the theater theme in the lobby and into our room. The room furnishings were a little tired, but comfortable. We also loved that there was Happy Hour every eve in the lounge, so you can have a free glass of bubbly before you head out for...

Great location. Great people Emie and abdul. Thanks for guidance and patience. Difficult when you don't speak the language. You made a difficult situation a lot easier. From converter to directions to ice.

It was our 2nd stay in that hotel. We were very happy last time and this time there was no difference. This time we took the largest room and it was worthy to do so. Bathroom was much more spacious the same with the room. We had some technical issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly. Some...

Very pleasant stay in this small (relatively central) hotel! They have offer free champagne every afternoon (which you will need after realising you're in Paris just for hols! 😓) And a small basic breakfast buffet for breakfast. The rooms are small but cute, ideal if you're planning to use this hotel only for sleep, shower & rest. The bathrooms are...

great location, close to Sacre coeur (you can see it from the main street) yet doesn't have the feel of a touristy area. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel is lovely and quirky, staff are friendly and welcoming. Loved the champagne at 18.30 each evening. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and very...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
