We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Vignon and we could not have asked for a better hotel in a better location for walking to just about every key attraction in Paris. From the hotel we walked to Notre Dame Cathedral, The Louvre, D'orsay, Eiffel Tower and many other sites in between. The Opera district where the...

What an amazing little gem. Great hotel, well positioned and really accommodating. Staff very polite and always eager to help, from advising about room facilities via email before we arrived, to helping and recommending restaurants and attractions nearby. Good level of English spoken. Room good size, with a the small details attended too especially for the ladies: small hairdryer, toiletries,...

Recommended by travel agent, this hotel did not disappoint. Location is near to Place de Madeleine and metro stations (Madeleine and Auber). In the 8th district and close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and walking distance to many sites. My husband and I were in a superior room on the first floor on quiet Rue de Vignon. Although the...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms r clean but small but it's pretty normal in paris. The staff r very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice area near opera garnier et les grands magazins de paris and the metro station is 3min away from the hotel. I took the breakfast, it's...

Cozy, clean and good location for city tour. If you take the Loissy Bus at CDG airport about 1hour, you can find this hotel by walk easily. I booked 4 nights without breakfast and I think it was a good choice.

Reserved a room a month ago for 2 adults w/6yrs kid. They setup my room (a king & rollaway) on 4th floor facing patio but no views. I'd prefer a bit smaller room facing street w/tiny balcony. In 8th arr., 5-10 mins walk to Metro stations, RER A(train to Disney Paris or Château de Versailles) & Roissy bus(to CDG). Printemps...

Hotel le Vignon is a smart small and well presented hotel in the heart of Paris. The rooms our room was smart and modern and quite sizeable for the hotel. It is close to many of the popular attractions and also the shopping areas. The metro is only a few minutes away making this hotel hard not to like

The only negative item was that the showerhead tended to leak all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the room was very well-maintained and clean. And the breakfast buffet (not included in the price that I paid for the room) was well worth the additional charge. The hotel is near the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and tour bus stops; plus the Rouissybus...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

The Hotel Le Vignon is an ideal combination of freshness, warmth and liveliness with all the qualities one might wish for in a hotel. Including a friendly welcome and up-to-date and utterly unique decor. Located in a peaceful street in the Madadeleine area, in the heart of Paris. The original little salon in fun, chic hues, is visible from the road and just invites you to come in. Inside, there is a bright and polished atmosphere, with double curtains and black and white photographs lending a touch of elegence. The junior suites on the sixth floor are even grander: their high ceilings, arranged in a carefully thought out layout puts them among the most beautiful rooms in Paris. The buffet breakfast is extra special thanks to a selection of fresh products, as well as the eggs prepared on request by Gloria, who'll serve you an energising meal to start the day.
