Just spent 3 days in this hotel, located in the lively rue Losserand and 100 mt from the Pernety metro station (Line 13). Plenty of restaurants in the area and a small supermarket is 200 mt direction Montparnasse station. Everything is 'cosy but small' or 'small but cosy', depends how you want to look at it. Free wi-fi available. Room...

I loved this hotel. excellent and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very well located just a minute or so from the metro. the neighborhood's great and it's nice to be a little removed from the center. definitely spring for the breakfast—lots of choices and a very pleasant, well-lit area in which to eat. a few negatives but nothing egregious: the white...

Breakfast was good and we liked the breakfast room. Pretty front lobby and nice helpful staff. We had a special rate so we were in the smallest room on our floor. Good location and right near Metro. Lots of restaurants about.

I asked for a quiet room and got it. This is a cosy hotel in a pleasant part of Paris. The room, although small, still felt special. The only gripes are about the rather slow Wi Fi and the limited choice of TV stations, but then you don't come to Paris to watch the television especially when the adjacent metro...

Location- 100 meters from the Metro and located in an upscale neighborhood as oppossed to a tourist spot. The Metro makes any tourist destination available so this is more about living in a real neighborhood where people actually live: not only local bakeries, groceries, special produce, but also local fish stores, little bars, small parks, you name it. Very clean,...

This hotel was more comfortable and clean than we expected. The bed gave a good sleep and the windows were thick to keep out the cold and noise. The staff were friendly enough to lend us a kettle as I had a throat infection and wanted to gargle salt water.

We've just came back from a 6-day stay in this recently renovated hotel. Small room, with a nice modern bathroom. Friendly, English-speaking staff, always with a smile and willing to help (they printed tickets to a Paris SG game). Very close to the Metro station Pernety (line 13). It's in a neighborhood, a bit off the touristic attractions, with many...

The hotel reception is the best part of the hotel and staff were very friendly. Although really well located to pernety metro it is a distance from the main sites. Newly renovated boutique hotel with professional staff. Nice rooms maybe a bit small but very clean and with free wifi. Great location right next to subway Pernety and many nice restaurants and boulangeries off the tourist path. Montparnasse train station is just round corner.
