We chose this hotel for a holiday/birthday visit to Paris for its prime location in the neighborhood - Saint Germain. Unfortunately the hotel's location could not make up for the disappointing end to our stay at Hotel Bersolys. On our last night at the hotel,...More
This hotel costs a lot for what you get: a dirty, ill appointed room, rude staff, and filthy basement breakfast room with hardly any options available. The staff talk all the time and act as if they are doing you the greatest favors in the...More
We stayed here at the end of June 2017 on the recommendation of friends and loved the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are small but with all of Paris to see, this didn't matter and the downstairs...More

I stayed at this hotel in June, 2017, and it was absolutely delightful. We had the ground floor room (there is only one) and it felt like cottage French. This room had an adjoining patio on which to enjoy your coffee or tea and really...More

In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented
musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

We are unaware of the hotel's shuttle. When we were leaving, they offered to call a car to pick us up, but we were taking the metro/train so we declined. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the metro station in front of the Musee d'Orsay if you want to consider that.
