Niva hotel has a great location very close to the Arce de triomphe and very close to the underground. The breakfast is okay. The receptionist is helpful. The room is tidy and clean but the room and the bathroom is very small the Wi-Fi is very slow.

The hotel Neva at 14 Rue Brey is situated 1 block off Avenue Wagram making it a perfect location for the Arch de Triumph which is 3 blocks away. Now the rooms are very small and dimly lit so it's somewhat uncomfortable but the hotel is being renovated so I would look at them for the Fall of 2016. The... More

Lovely hotel, perfect for the price and a quick trip to Paris! Staff couldn't of been more helpful and friendly! Supermarket is just a two second journey away and you can practically see the arc de triumph from the hotel! Would stay again 100000%!

Hotel is moments away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro but just tucked into a side street so away from the noise. Brilliant location at a fair price. The staff are exceptional and just can't do enough for you. The hotel is under refurbishment now and I believe closed for 10 months but it will be upgraded to... More

Neva hotel has an excellent location, near the Arch and near metro stations. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is more than decent. The room we got was clean, with white linen and it was tidied every day. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here in March with my boyfriend for a long weekend away, the staff were very polite and helpful upon our arrival, giving us information about the city, maps etc. The room was small, but it wasn't unmanageable it was tidy and clean as was the bathroom. It was a great distant from the centre a short walk and... More

Twin room with en-suite bathroom + separate toilet. Room serviced daily and staff were great. Some have commented that the decor is "tired", but for the location and price, we had a fantastic 6 night stay and would use this hotel again if we get to visit Paris again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here during December 2015. The room was small but I didn't expect anything else because it's in a fantastic location very close to the arc de triomph. The staff are helpful and pleasant and speak good English. Breakfast was nice. The only thing is that you aren't allowed to eat in the rooms which I... More

We missed our flight in the evening so choose this hotel because of convenience location close to bus station with buses departing to Paris Beauvais. It was the best value hotel for the night in the area. Location is great, very close to Arc of Triumph and already mentioned bus station. There is also small 24/7 grocery store which was... More

The hotel was old but has a very good location. The cleanliness of the room is lacking but good enough for a good nights sleep.Near to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks of Paris. The staff was very accomodating and helpful.
