I usually go to bercy village because it is close to GARE de Lyon from where my tgv arrives, but usually I go to another hotels chain that's also there. Telling the truth there are no many differencies. I have found expensive the breakfast that I decided not to take in the hotel and the bar is open just from...

Very clean, very quiet (double double pane windows with room darkening curtains). I found Internet speed to be fast - had no problems with it. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Fresh scrambled eggs, crepes, the best sausages I've ever tasted - besides a variety of breads, fruit, coffees, etc. I'd prefer to stay in the heart of the city, but...

I find the hotel in itself quite good, the staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and cosy, breakfast is very nice, well located hotel and price is not too high. However when you enter it's written everywhere that they have high speed internet, but that is simply not true ! They don't give you more than a basic DSL...

This hotel is reasonably priced in a non-touristy part of Paris. The rooms are clean but very small, and the entire front desk staff needs customer service training. They act like customers are nuisances. The staff who work in the restaurant and bar are wonderful!

A bit far from the attractions however, it was nice. Bathrooms are small and shower is very small. The rooms are small too. Rey offer breakfast which is good. Very clean newer hotel views from the room on the back end are to a new building that is going up.

Excellent facilities. Friendly staff and reception staff speak many languages between them. Excellent facilities for the disabled. Good selection of breakfast foods. Hot and cold with good range for vegetarians. Good location, close the the Bercy Village and close to both buses and metro station. Good location for concerts and several markets close by.

This hotel has been done up sometime in the past 2 years in the lobby area, but the rooms remain very simple. This stay however highlighted the paper thin nature of the walls as I was subject to to discourse of the person in the next room speaking on speaker phone. I will think of other hotels in the future...

few things to say... receptionists quite bored to answer your questions; it took hours to get a pillow. after all, the room was clean and, despite the size, quite comfortable. I loved the bar at the entrance, very friendly and professional staff recommending a lovely rossini before leaving!

We stayed in this Kyriad Hotel the last week of 2016. The hotel is REALLY well located. The metro station is really 2 blocks from the station. Also there is a little kind of open mall (Bercy Village) with a lot of stores, restaurants and amenities. There is a Starbucks and a Five Guys restaurant in Bercy Village. The staff...
