This hotel was clean, quaint and charming.
The room was nicely decorated and we had two swinging windows that opened out on to the street.
There was even a fan in the closet.
The bathroom was modern and bright with great shower water pressure.
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was the ideal location for us, not at all far from some great sights. We liked the hotel very much and the breakfast was delicious - the croissants were the nicest I have ever tasted....More
Stayed in this hotel for four nights with a friend. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower cubicle was tiny, but the shower itself was great.

Take the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau then Metro to La Motte-Picquet Grenelle. Take exit 3, Boulevard de Grenelle, the Hotel de L"Avre is literally 2 mins walk from the subway. It is all well signposted :-) Think the cost is 1.90 euros. Not sure how much a taxi would cost probably about 40-50 euros.
