I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and was glad I did. It was a great little hotel. It is located in a quiet, pretty side street, a short walk from two metro stations and an RER station (direct line to the Eiffel Tower). There were shops and restaurants nearby, including a small convenience store which was open late...

This was a wonderful surprise! It was close to the metro station, which made getting from the airport to the hotel. We got there early, and they were extremely helpful in letting us leave our bags there. The rooms were clean, with a nice bathroom and a good bed. The breakfast is amazing - it's what every American hotel tries...

Stayed at the hotel Magellan while on a business trip, it was lovely, I shared a twin room, which was compact, very clean and has everything that you need, except air conditioning, window has an electronic shutter, so you can keep the window open. Staff very friendly and efficient. Has a lovely terrace out side. Breakfast was very nice. I...

I had high expectations for Hotel Magellan, as it has great reviews, and I had stayed there with my boyfriend through a Red Tag package (which has never let us down in the past). However, the hotel left much to be desired. Location wise- it was perfect. It's minutes away from many great cafes and retail stores, as well as...

We stayed at the hotel the last week of May and were pleased. The breakfast was good but on the weekend we found they were slow to restock the buffet. It was very clean. The restaurant at the top of the street was really nice. Our friends had a room which faced the street and said is was noisy at...

Great location - 5 minutes away from the metro/bus stop. Quiet location and very safe in the evenings. The rooms were very clean and although there was a difference in booking price for twin vs double, we were given the double without being asked to pay more. Breakfast spread was quite good, although very much pastries, bread, meat and cheese...

I stayed in Magellan in early May, probably the most beautiful time of the year to appreciate the elegance of the surroundings of the hotel, especially the blooming Boulevard Pereire. It is also very safe there. There is some very nice feel about the hotel, and it is also very quiet so you will have good sleep there for sure....

We wanted to stay in a location which was on the outskirts of a busy area. It was a lovely hotel to stay in. Small rooms but clean and suitable for what we wanted. Found a lovely cafe/bistro at the top of the street, which served excellent food. A good place to return to after a busy day visiting Paris....

Nice, clean hotel on a residential street. The rooms were very clean with all the amenities you need, and the hotel staff were very helpful with whatever I needed. Great location also. There is a grocery store down the street where you can buy fruit, wine, snacks, etc. to keep in your room or pack in your bag for snacking...

The room was clean and the price was good. The hotel location was GREAT- a residential neighborhood with bars and eateries within a short walking distance. We would go back in a heartbeat- but pay for a bigger room.
