I've stayed in this hotel for one night as it's a close to my work in Paris.
Staff : I've found them friendly, helpful. They have checked me in one and half hour early. Maybe their English is not great. At least, at one point...More
This is Paris, rooms can most of the time be small. But this one is of a good size. Beds are comfy room is clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Montmartre in my opinion is the best place in Paris. Funky and cool with...More
This hotel seemed OK upon arrival but we did not see the macoroon or the coffee facilities as described by others. The rooms are quite small but clean. The breakfast was quite fresh and nice albeit in a small area. The hotel suffers greatly because...More
Totally honest review-
I took my friend for a surprise. The hotel is misleading.
We got in a taxi from train station after Euro star and the taxi driver told us to be very careful that we are staying in a bad area.
It was a pretty nice hotel, though for their prices, they should have made the breakfast complimentary to guests instead of being an extra charge.

It's literally minutes away from Sacre Coeur and that is a better area without doubt. You can walk to Montmartre, Moulin Rouge and La Cigale theatre. There are also several metro stations nearby although admittedly the nearest one Barbes felt a bit unsafe on the outside, once inside it was perfectly fine and there was a very nice bilingual man at the information desk the day we were there. We didn't take the metro at night as we stayed within walking distance but if you felt unsure you could always take a taxi back to the hotel. The important thing is to remain vigilant, keep valuables hidden or at least close to your body the same as in any city. Try to get to grip with the metro system in advance and do some research before you go so that you make the most of the time you have there. Paris is a truly beautiful city, enjoy every minute!
