Very lively area and great location in Pigalle, really close to coffe shops, bars, subway and to the Moulin Rouge. Im overall satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, the room smelled good and the place was pretty calm and peaceful.
I love this boutique hotel! It's charming and the staff was very helpful. The room was bright and airy. There are a number of wonderful restaurants near by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are buses that you can take to different attractions in Paris...More

We decided to stay an extra day in Paris. This was a very affordable option. A bit far out from where we wanted to be. Clean, basic room meet our needs. Nice, friendly staff. Close to Moulin Rouge and a metro station.
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

I saw young kids with their parents, so I am sure there is no minimum age. Advice...our package came with continental breakfast included, so try to take advantage of that if you can. We also used a Paris Pass, which gave us transit and museum admissions which we thought was worth it. The best part about this hotel is that it was not too "touristy" meaning you go up the small hill, and to your right, there are tons of little shops where can find lots of what you are looking for. It is also close to bus stops and metro stations so you can get to where ever you want to go. Have fun!

We were not permitted early check in, we had to wander about til 4pm and leave our luggage in the lobby which we did not like. I consider us lucky that it didn't go missing as we had items stolen from our rooms (side by side) during out horrible stay.
