I travelled to Paris on a solo trip and felt more than comfortable at the Bloom House hotel. The location is not marked as excellent purely because it is not in close proximity to the city centre and therefore not really walkable however, it is more than accessible through other means of transport. There is plenty to see close by and no more than 20 minutes in a taxi to most tourist locations. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, most speak excellent English and those that don't were certainly more fluent than any attempts I made in French so that was especially appreciated. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable, though not really catering for you having much stuff so you might find you don't have anywhere to hang or put cases out of the way. Overall the hotel is beautiful, calm and relaxing, and the Spa and Pool area is a safe haven and the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

A very conveniently placed Hotel a stones throw from
Gare Du Nord train Station with very friendly and accommodating reception staff. The buffet breakfasts were superb. The room was spotless but very small with very limited space to put clothing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and would certainly consider staying g again when next in Paris.

I love this hotel! It's new, clean, friendly. The spa is delightful and free to guests. The restaurant has an excellent chef. The welcome area/main room/restaurant is light, bright, welcoming. The decor is fresh, soothing. The balconies of the rooms are large enough to have a café au last and read a book. The nicest people work here.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, and the spa is a must-visit with a lovely pool and sauna. However, please be aware that the staff appears to have limited training and a lack of management presence. On the positive side, housekeeping provided excellent service.

The footpath in front of the hotel is incomplete, with potholes and exposed electrical cables, which can be somewhat dangerous, especially in the evening.

The breakfast is overpriced for a self-service offering, especially considering the use of a cheap automatic coffee machine. When I requested a proper coffee, I was charged an additional 6€. The lighting in the lobby and restaurant is excessively bright both day and night, which is not very environmentally friendly. Please also check for foils or plastic on the bread when it is served.

One significant issue I encountered was that my blazer was sent to the laundry on the day of my arrival and was supposed to return the next day. Unfortunately, I only realized on my last night when packing that my jacket had not been returned from the laundry. After I inquired at the reception on the 4th night, they managed to locate it but still wanted to charge for it.

Overall, this hotel has the potential to be one of the best 4-star hotels in Paris with proper training for the staff, including knocking on doors and waiting for guests to open, serving wine with precise measurements, and responding to issues with a sincere apology rather than just putting up a sign. Additionally, the door between the pool and the spa slams loudly, making it difficult to relax at the pool lounges. They should also provide extra hangers when more than one person is staying in the room for more than two nights.

In summary, this is a good hotel in an okay area, but the pricing should reflect the service standards. I may return for another assessment December

The hotel is beautiful, picture friendly. Staff in reception are young and seemed to lack experience and had problems with English. I had problems with check-in as the other person in my company couldn’t make it. The reservation was made on his card and non refundable, but they demanded a creditcard in my name and would not let me into my room until it was in order. All though i made it clear they were supposed to charge the card used for the reservation (which would have been charged anyway had i not been there). I had to wait for 3 hours, and received no apology after.
Tried to order room service, but was hung up on several times and ended up ordering on UberEats in stead. No minibar. Pool was beautiful, but a bit cold. Area is dodgy and wouldn’t stay here again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. Indeed, in all hotels in France it is necessary to have with you the bank card used for the reservation in order to avoid fraud. Our staff at the bar and restaurant on the ground floor were at your disposal and available to serve you as best as possible. We hope that during one of your next stay we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again and that we will be able to give you another experience.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good area.

However; the pool was freezing cold and I couldn’t even get into it.

So it was a total waste of time booking a spa hotel specifically as we wanted to use a spa.

Now; I am 5ft2, and 48kg. I’m also not disabled. I struggled signicantly to move around our room comfortably.

I took photos as the space between the bed and balcony door was so small I had to walk sideways to move around the bed. Imagine what that is like for a tall/ overweight person?

There was nowhere to put our clothes, shoes or coats. Literally just two hooks in the shape of sea shells so nothing fits onto them, and you are provided an open wardrobe rail with 4 hangers. One extremely small drawer.

No space to put anything else

I just felt uncomfortable, and frustrated the time I stayed here due to how small the room was, and the lack of space or care to put your belongings.

I would say this is a budget hotel, do not stay here if you are looking for somewhere nice.

Evening arrival tempted us to dinner in the restaurant as the menu looked so tempting! Terrible service from seating us to leaving us at the table with no drinks for 45 mins! Starter sent back as tasted like dog food! Plates left in front of us and just no attention to detail! Not worth the 160€!
The room is so small for two single beds and the spa pool was cold!
But the deco is funky! Rooms immaculate! Comfy beds and great location! So recommend a stay, just don’t eat here!

Amazing hotel, very comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Location was convenient, walking distance to the main station, great area, we had a lovely time! We used spa and had wonderful massages. The pool was quite busy so maybe reducing the number of people that access at the time. Overal, we had a great time, the best hotel we stayed in Paris so far. Can’t wait to be back!

Perfect little hotel with breathtaking decor, pool, sauna and vibe. It was absolutely impeccable and I’d highly recommend. Location may not be as posh or central as St-Germain-des-Pres, but it’s 3 minutes from metro and train stations. Service is perfect, great drinks and food, and as clean as any hotel I’ve stayed at in my 50 plus years. Just go!

This is one of the prettiest, most interestingly decorated hotels I have ever stayed in! Beside that, the staff is so friendly and helpful! And the restaurant on the main floor is fabulous! There is a beautiful pool downstairs, and a workout room! Our room was clean, with all amenities there and topped off by a balcony overlooking the outdoor lounge! This all made for a peaceful, interesting environment to return to at the end of a long day of sightseeing this beautiful city! They have a stunning bar at the entrance!
I loved this hotel!!
