Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice ambiance and adequet sized rooms typical three star property but so easy to walk to from Air France bus or metro. Breakfast can be had downstairs or in your room but restaurants are close by if you choose.

I have stayed at this hotel 10 times in the last 18 months when I regularly visit Paris on Business, but unfortunately NEVER again! There was recently a mix up with a booking, some of which was my fault (my computer crashed and lost my confirmation, so when I tried to re-book, the hotel stated they were full, so I...

The hotel is very well located, also very quiet. Price is very reasonable. Very kind, helpful and honest staff. I forgot to take my engagement ring out of the safety box at check out. Called from airport and they located and secure the ring right away. Send it back to me next day.

This hotel is very luxurious it has loads off character. The staff are very pleasant. Very central. The one down side is that it does not have a very good bar. We went for new year would not advise going to the Eiffel tower for New Years eve. all the bars and restaurants close before midnight so becomes very congested...

The hotel is just several minutes walk from the Champs-Elysées and Arc de Triomphe, & metro Charles de Gaulle. Very quiet & safe environment, esp. you got some tress lining the Av. Carrnot. I was lucky to have a room with a small balcony, which I really liked to stand or sit outside, drinking French coffee, it was so relaxing,...

We stayed for a week in early August. What a great little hotel close to metro buses and sights. Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us when our luggage was missing for five days. Will definitely recommend to others.

After reading the great reviews, our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. The rooms were larger than we expected for Paris, especially the bathroom - it was quite spacious. The location was great - close to the Metro and Arch de Triomphe. Having a kettle and fridge was a great bonus too. We would stay again and certainly recommend...

Yes, everyone raves about the location, and rightly so, but don't stop there. While the rooms are not huge, they are certainly not cramped. They are, however, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. Large closet, spacious bath and a view of the Arch are all icing on the cake. Front desk staff were all friendly and happy to help (in English!)....

We stayed for a total 5 nights at regence etoile and it was wonderful. I asked for a room overlooking the street and they didn't hesitate. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their English was fantastic and they were so helpful. The rooms and linen was spotless beds a little firm but still ok and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms were...
