We really rate this place. Very small and well located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just fine - there's no restaurant but in Paris that isn't a problem. There's a great place just opposite.

We stayed only for the one night we were in Paris but they allowed us to check in quite early which was nice. I only booked a standard double room and found it to be extremely tight. Also the bed was quite small and not very firm. We were on the first floor overlooking the street just above the hotel...

We loved our 2 night stay in this hotel located on the Left Bank near Boulevard San Michel. The decor was wonderfully French and so very elegant. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but they were very happy to deliver to our room as we needed - with a charge. The staff were most helpful and assisted us...

After extensive research, I decided to book this hotel. My husband and I were more than happy with everything. This is located in a great location if you want to be close to the action but not in it. Within a few short blocks, there are many restaurants, shops, and bars. The metro is easily accessible too, about a 7...

I cannot say enough about this charming hotel! The staff are excellent! They are eager to help you and can offer you suggestions that will make your trip all the better. The hotel is lovely. Impeccably clean, the decor is transitional elegance while retaining the charm of Paris' past. The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated and unusually larger than most...

Traveling alone in December for a week of museums and restaurants I knew that with the dark and cold outside that I would end up spending some extra hours in the hotel. I was not disappointed -- sitting by the fire in the library with an excellent glass of wine from the lobby bar, or in my beautifully furnished room....

We just returned from a week + in Paris. Luxembourg Parc is in a great locations within walking distance to everything we wanted to see yet just far enough off the beaten track for a quiet, restful stay. Our room was cozy and comfortable with antiques and a big marble bathroom. Staff is top notch. We enjoyed the best service...

The hotel is very chic. Beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the hotel is 15 euros for unlimited cereal, fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea and fruit juice or 20 euros if you have eggs and bacon. The breakfast was ok, not a great deal of choice. The hotel is opposite the Luxembourg park is a beautiful parc...

We had a second floor courtyard room, quiet spacious, beautifully furnished and nice old fashioned bath room. You feel quickly at home with the welcoming atmosphere, there is a nice bar and a pretty tea room. The staff is wonderful.

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
