This started as an amazing hotel, fantastic check in service, room was stunning....but then the mini bar fridge was not cold, we asked a number of times for it to be fixed and it wasn't ...the shower was very hard to turn on, and then was scolding hot until you figured a way of manoeuvring the knob...which made no sense.... Dear guest, Thank you for leaving a comment regarding your stay at the Champs Elysées Plaza. We apologies for the problems you encountered with your minibar. Unfortunately it happened on Saturday night, the hotel was full and it’s right that we could only fix it on Monday. Regarding the fantastic shower rain provided in all our rooms, it works with... My wife and I just stayed at this fabulous hotel. The location is very good- five minutes from George V and the fabric of the place is lovely. Sauna, steam room, gym (brought stuff, didn't go), bar, small (only downside) restaurant. Best of all was the staff though. Very helpful and genuine. We will definitely return.......when we've saved enough pennies.... More

This was a fabulous place to stay in Paris. Very charming, excellent staff. Because we come from America and our French is very limited & we had no clue about the Metro, the front desk had to help us each and everyday! They really couldn't do enough. Our room was beautiful, just magnificient! We were at the top in a beautiful... More

We took 3 nights here in July for a 25th wedding anniversary. The location is very good, just 10 mins to Arc de Triomph and 5 mins to the metro. The hotel is a bit squashed in a terrace side street, with very limited public areas. Our room was very well appointed with an excellent bathroom. Albeit with a view... More

After a terrible journey on the Eurostar I was greeted by a delightful Spanish porter who made me feel extremely welcome. The room was very comfortable with everything I could possible want- loved the jacuzzi bath and Nespresso machine. Fab location and would recommend.

Paris is an amazing city, and this hotel exemplified the experience. We stayed in the junior suite which had beautiful elegant interior, and a spacious bathroom. Each floor had only about 4-5 guest rooms so it had a nice exclusive feel. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We were introduced great restaurants, fine dining as well... More

The prestige suite was nice and spacious, the location is great and central and the staff are very nice. However one small matter that adds a bad taste to the stay is that they charge you for any tea you have in the room, literally for each tea bag and any milk you order despite providing tea/coffee making facilties. We booked this hotel based on previous reviews on Trip Advisor & I'm so glad we did. We were in Paris for our 10th Wedding Anniversary & this hotel was perfect. We had a beautiful suite which was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly & very helpful & the attention to detail was very good. The overall experience was... More
