Our family occupied two rooms at this charming little hotel for almost a week recently, chosen totally for its location since one family member has mobility issues. Not only did we find it super convenient, but we were pleasantly surprised in very many ways not the least the exceedingly pleasant and helpful manager and staff even though we speak little French. As my daughter commented, best coffee in Paris delivered to our room each morning with steamed milk in separate pitcher (there is a nominal charge). Rooms are small but have bedside closets to stash belongings. Great showers, water pressure, elevator, and heat. ONe of our rooms had a breathtaking view of the St Severin church which made it a treat to return home each afternoon......and also may have compelled this glowing review. Even without the view, this is a solid hotel and, we thought, very good value for the price.

I usually like to stay on this side of the Seine when I am Paris, and I like to check out different hotels. Was here over NYE 2023, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was an easy walk from the RER and easy to find.
My flight from the USA arrived early, and I was at the hotel way before they had a room available so I left my luggage at the front desk while I had breakfast with friends and walked off the overnight flight.
The room is what you’d expect for a hotel of this class and price range in Paris. The bed was large enough for me and my very tall husband and comfortable, and there was plenty of desk space for me to lay out my toiletries and such. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
The room had a nice view of Saint Severin, and it was surprisingly quiet for being on such a busy street. Also, from our room, we could see the beacon shining off the Eiffel Tower when it lit up in the evening, and that was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel is central to everything and walkable to all the major attractions. This hotel is especially great for first time visitors because of its proximity to the RER and various museums and churches and the Seine, so it makes a great base.
My friends who were staying on the other side of the river have booked a stay here in their next trip based on what they saw of my room and my experience.
Only con would be that I wish we had more towels, but that’s more personal preference than the fault of the hotel.
Several good restaurants and patisseries and boulangeries within a few minutes’ walk.
Staff were charming and pleasant and very helpful.

Rooms are clean and a decent size for the centre of Paris. Breakfast is an optional extra and is a fairly basic continental breakfast - good coffee but no marmalde to go on the toast. The location is excellent for the river and there is a Batobus stop within a few minutes walk. It is also an excellent location for enjoying the delights of the Latin Quarter in the evening. The main man on reception during our visit was Samba and he was delightful - helpful and courteous at all times.

Firstly we picked this hotel for its location and that is beyond question. When we booked though we called the hotel and I spoke to Samba. While we only needed a single and a double we booked 2 doubles as these were the only type that had the street view. Samba assured me he would add the request for a view. When we arrived, the hotel had our booking all wrong and insisted we hadnt paid for breakfast when we had. Also that we had a twin room when we didn’t. They had no note of the request for views. The rooms allocated (103 and 104) were just terrible dark rooms each facing into a dark, dismal air shaft. Immovable privacy blinds left the room so dark that even in daytime we needed to turn on the light to see. Truly terrible. Very large bathroom but that was no consolation. We spoke to Samba at reception and he accepted he had ‘probably’ spoken to us but was unapologetic for failing to make the request as he had promised. For the last night the manager moved one room to a view. The breakfast at 16 euros pppn is really not worth is as super basic - better to go to a nearby cafe. I really wouldn’t go back to this hotel again in case we got those rooms but to be clear if you were lucky enough to be allocated the few front facing rooms then these are lovely. Would make more sense to charge a superior rate so customers can distinguish between the room types and have a reasonable expectation of what they will get. Overall this hotel needs more oversight from the owners to understand the customer experience.

To be avoided. Zero courtesy. Breakfast non-existent in a very narrow environment (7 tables for a hotel with 6 floors of rooms). One morning we waited 15 minutes to have breakfast. The whole stay the elevator was not working. Room on the 4th floor. Traveling with a 4-year-old was hell. Even for the luggage we were not helped. The rooms are very small. The bathroom a hovel with a shower in the bathtub accessible if you are an athlete. Upon returning to Italy we asked for a refund for the non-service of the elevator. We were told that we had been offered breakfast when through the booking confirmation it was included in the price. It would have been more honest to say that we do not consider the request valid. Don't let the price fool you. It's low because that's what it's worth.

The issue is for the cost you get very little. Was not informed at breakfast there would be an additional charge of £25, for some coffee and toast. Found out while on eurostar home.
None of the staff spoke at all during our stay, to us or any of the guests.
The rooms came with no kettle, no coffee or tea , nothing buy shampoo. We are a young couple who travel a lot for work and pleasure.
Save yourself the cash , go stay at a cheaper hotel.

We stayed in this hotel with our teenage daughter for one night. I would happily have stayed for longer. The location is excellent, right in the heart of old Paris, and just a few minutes walk to Notre Dame, the university, the river, and the metro station. The Lourve is also walking distance. Lots of restaurants and bars are nearby, with lovely Parisian streets to stroll and get lost down. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, both by text message before we arrived and when we were there. Our room was lovely. We liked the layout, with the single bed in its own area from the double bed, so our daughter felt like she had her own space. The decor was nice, it was spacious enough for three, there was plenty of storage and the beds were very comfortable. The only mystery to our room was that it had its own fire escape, but the door to it seemed to be locked and unable to open. Thankfully, of course, there was no fire and no reason to use it, so it remains nothing but a mystery, but if there had been a fire, this door might have been a lot more significant than a little mystery. The only disappointment for me was the breakfast. It was very crowded with tables that seemed too small and not enough seating for everyone. The food was nice and fresh, with everything I'd expect from a continental buffet breakfast, but there was never a point when everything was out at once, and I had to keep waiting for what I wanted to reappear. The lady working the breakfast was very nice and clearly working hard to keep it all stocked up, but it just didn't seem to flow as well as other buffet breakfasts I've had, and didn't seem worth the price. However, it is a small hotel, and I cannot see how they could have done breakfast any differently. The breakfast would not stop me booking this hotel again, I'd just grab something in one of the nearby shops or cafes. This hotel is charming, friendly, convenient and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again or recommend it.

Hotel is located near metro about 5 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants. ( For supermarkets, it takes 10 minutes from hotel)
We rent 2 rooms ( twin and triple). For viewing, you can see church in front of hotel from twin room but for triple, not much to see.
Size of rooms are quite bigger ( compared other hotel in Paris)
There are bathtubs and shower ( toilet is attached in same bathroom)
Small fridge with minibar.
Bed was comfortable.
But I don’t really like carpet.
They can keep our luggage after checking in and out.
I recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, very helpful staff, excellent location (350 m from Notre Dame and 270 m from Metro and RER stop + several buses. Shower/bathtub could use a couple of grab bars. Small hotel, opposite of corporate. Across the street from the Church of Saint-Séverin on Left Bank.

Great hotel and in the heart of Paris! Sabrina the GM was most helpful. Could see the Eiffel Tower from the room!
I would recommend this hotel and would stay there if I came back to Paris
There was a Boulangerie just around the corner for a Blanc Jamon roll and a cafe Noisette (piccolo) every morning

50/50 chances. From photos look like that’s possible but my hunch is no. Best to ask the hotel for help. As mentioned before, they are awesome and frank people!
