We spent 5 nights at Hotel de Varenne in May. We were extremely pleased with the location, a quiet street in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see, but returned to a peaceful neighborhood. All members of the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. The room was very small,...

This charming hotel is everything said before. We had a great time there and the comfort is exquisite. But what is really excellent is the service. For example as soon as we arrived the owner himself took care of our luggage and carried them to our room. We had to go for the day to Lille : they reserved us...

We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. We loved the location - close enough to walk to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame. Quiet area at night, good restaurants nearby, staff friendly and professional. We would definitely stay at the Hotel de Varenne again.

This was our most recent visit to the Hotel de Varenne, having returned after three other stays. You are made to feel very welcome from the time you enter the gates into a small courtyard to the lobby area. Mr.Jean Marc POMMIER was at his desk to greet us and take our bags to our room. The rooms are small...

Selected this hotel based on the Trip Advisor review's and I wasn’t disappointed. After all the positive reviews about this place there’s little left to say. All the superlatives used by previous reviewers are fair and square on Hotel de Varenne. Our family had a very enjoyable stay during the week during the Easter break. The front desk staff, shame...

This hotel is a gem. Close to many attractions and yet in a very quiet location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Courtyard garden very pleasant to relax after a busy day sightseeing. One minor gripe is that there is limited space in the dining area for breakfast, particularly if it is raining or cold and the outside courtyard...

A friend who visits Paris regularly recommended Hotel Varenne to me, and I'm so glad she did. Our room was small but it had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was reasonable and the coffee was excellent. If you don't want their breakfast, there is a bakery two doors down which...

Very nice hotel. The attached garden is a wonderful add on. We had a very comfortable spacious room. Very nice shops ( A market, fruit and vegetable market, bakery and very good restaurants)on the block.Close to the Metro and many major attractions are walkable from the Hotel.

This hotel has been reviewed very accurately. It is a high quality, well run and clean hotel in a very central location. The rooms could be considered small by US standards, but not really for Europe. yes they have quirky dimensions, some parts of the rooms may have low ceilings, but overall well appointed. I even found the breakfast quite...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the staff member we later called "Grandpa". We love grandpa, he just gives this hotel the feel of home. In our 5 days trip, we met the rest of the staff which were also very polite and friendly (But not as friendly as "grandpa"). The location is obviously great. Its...
