I would return to this hotel. Good service, rooms are very nice, breakfast was nice and importantly located in a prime spot in montparnasse. For those not familiar with paris this area is a good central place to stay with good rail connections and a...More
We stayed here for 3 nights and found it a lovely experience. The young man on reception was very helpful and friendly. The décor was lovely and the breakfast room beautifully appointed with lovely food. However, the room was quite small and the "tea and...More
For the third year in a row, we stayed at this wonderful hotel. It is convenient to the Métro, within walking distance of the Jardins du Luxembourg, the Edgar Quinet markets on the weekend, there are lots of great restaurants and the staff is very...More

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small
gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.

I am sure this is too late for question but we always take the RER and get off at Port Royal --- about a 10 minute walk from there to hotel. We are in our 70s and can manage luggage, etc. without problem.
