We have just returned from a weekend at this wonderful hotel. We cannot fault the hotel in any way. As for the previous comments regarding the size of the rooms, we have to say that having booked a Deluxe Room we were not disappointed in any way. The room was easily large enough, beautifully decorated with large double doors leading...

We had a good stay at Hotel de Sers. The rooms aren't big but hey this is Paris, but they're nicely furnished, we really like the ambience. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect (if you like that part of Paris). We were with a large group of people and we loved to have some drinks at the...

I loved every aspects of my 2-night stay: the warm & professional welcome, beautiful decoration, cosy atmosphere, large comfortable nicely decorated & tranquil Junior Suite, delicious breakfast... a home away from home! The hotel's location is just perfect. And cherry on the cake: the Head Concierge Guillaume is simply amazing. I hope to come back!

Great hotel in a great part of Paris, The room was very well appointed and lacked only a kettle to be able to make a hot drink... however, the room service was impeccable. The staff really make the hotel, could not do more for you.... highly recommended

I'm tardy in writing this review, however, I wanted to thank the staff at this wonderful jewel box hotel in Paris. My family of four was traveling over New Year and we arrived to our nice but decidedly too small room for us for a whole week. The end result was that the General Manager made our satisfaction the priority...

Stayed here one night prior to departure back to the states. Incredible location, next to the Four Seasons. The staff was friendly and helpful, walking me all the way into my room. The room was small but had everything I needed. I would not recommend a family stay here.
