I stayed in Eden hotel last September 2013 for two nights, the left is so tiny, rooms are relatively small but location is central, near to metro, near to Moulan rouge and the opera. The breakfast was provided outside the hotel in a near by restaurant with a limited varieties. Internet was interrupted several times. Overall its not a bad...

We spent 2 nights here, in August, on our first "couples" trip in 13 years! Pros: The location was convenient, being close to 3 metro stations and walking distance from Monmarte and Moulin Rouge (although we went only to the former!). The staff were helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated. The room was very quiet, and the bed was...

Me and my partner book to stay here for two nights in order to surprise family in Paris. We booked months in advance. I am disabled so emailed just to make sure a disabled room was available for my stay, no problems. We were getting a late train in so emailed to make sure they knew this, no problems again....

A lad's trip to Paris for the weekend and this was an ideal place to stay. Reasonable price with modern clean room, en-suite with large shower and a very adequate breakfast. Easy walking distance to Monmatre and the sights near the river. Recommended.

I have to be honest I was a little nervous about staying in this hotel after some mixed reviews about the hotel and the area. Well first of the entire hotel was absolutely fine, yes the lift is a little small but it’s not the end of the world. We got to the hotel at around 1130 and were delighted...

Location not too far from metro station, about a 5 minute walk. On the way there are cute shops, bread bakeries, salons, and small grocery stores. The room was really clean and modern. Breakfast was great, with a lot to choose from, including French cheeses, cereals, meats, and breads, both sweet and savory. The desk staff was a little unsure...

Me and my partner stayed here on the last weekend in February, I booked directly with the hotel and got a great deal. After reading the reviews on trip advisor first I can confirm the Hotel has been refurbished and no building work is still being done. The rooms although some have complained as being a little small are perfectly...

Yes, they are still doing bulding work on the ground level, but this did not affect the quality of our stay. I thought the rooms were not that small. Anyone who found these rooms small should try other hotels of the same level in Paris. We had plenty of room for cases and storing clothes. The location is good for...

The hotel is being refurbished and the rooms are pleasant. The fittings are cheap so I think they will go off quite quickly. Despite being newly refurbished the safe and AC were not working in our room. I don't think they were broken - just an error on AC and safe was locked open and we couldn't reset it. We...

Our room for 3 adults was very small. The room was clean. While we stayed there was construction on the front of the building with men on ladders where they could possibly see in the room. Made us a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the concierge was very friendly and helpful and did their best to speak English to us American travelers.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
