Well orientated, spacious and clean apartments. At our arrival we received our room but the airconditioning wasn't working and the temperature was only 17°. After signaling the reception we received directly another apartment. Breakfast was well served and there was a lot of choice. The parking is ideal.

Had the pleasure of a family getaway to Paris the first in December . Couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Location of the hotel was central to metro and 10 min walk to the train station. Walked "a million steps" Louvre, Grand Palais, Montmartre,Luxembourg Gardens, .... Our 2 floor apartment on the 5th floor was a welcome surprise. Lots...

Stayed here with family over Christmas break. Great location and nice apartment. Front desk staff especially the gentleman working the evening shift was very helpful. However the apartment was in need of maintenance. The window in the bedroom kept coming open due to a bad seal. The bedroom was too hot probably due to other apartments heat but air conditioning...

I stayed here for 3 nights with 4 other women. We had a one bedroom apartment and a studio. The studio had 2 levels with a toilet upstairs and downstairs. The bedroom had twin beds as we had requested. The rooms were across the hall from each other which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is walking distance...

I booked a studio, they upgraded me to a one-bedroom flat with kitchenette/dining area/lounge. Much more spacious than I expect in Paris. Clean, nicely decorated, very quiet but well-located. Friendly and professional service. Wifi included and worked well. Small gym, laundry. Espresso and tea available all day in the lobby if you don't want to make your own. A few...

The apartments were in a good location for the activities we had planned during our time in Paris with multiple metro stations nearby. Our room was clean and included kitchenette. It was large for a big city, the shower was in a room separate from the toilet.   Be advised that some (most?) rates do not include daily housekeeping services....

This is my second Citadines property in Paris for this year and always happy with my stay. The guy at front desk was nice and cheerful. Staff in general are polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Free coffee/tea 24x7. Nice location, walking distance to Monoprix supermarket, Opera Garnier, and Gallery Lafeyette.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

“Apartments are roomier than studios, but any room will work for most people. A good extended stay place, as well. The Opera location is good for commercial or pleasure travelers. Quiet and well located.”

“Check if you will be in a duplex or studio at check in. The duplex rooms each have very steep spiral staircase which carrying anything more than a small luggage bag would be difficult.”
 of 5 bubbles Ceci1234567, 16 Aug 2016 | Read review
“The room is good. Wifi is good, though speed could be higher, okay for checking emails but can't use to watch videos. I had a duplex apartment, living area and kitchen on level 1 and bedroom and bathroom on level 2. There is challenge to move your luggage from level1 to level2 since staircase is very small. Otherwise the property is good, convenient location and helpful staff.”
