Hotel FABRIC Paris is located on rue de la Folie-Méricourt, between Place de la Republique and Place de la Bastille, in the 11th district of Paris. It draws decorative and ornamental inspiration from the industrial past of the Oberkampf district. The brick-built walls, plentiful space, unconcealed supporting structures and the immense windows admitting plenty of natural light effectively illustrate this approach.

Occupying 4 floors, the FABRIC hotel boasts 33 ultra-comfortable renovated rooms in a resolutely contemporary setting.

Enjoy the steam room, fitness center, buffet breakfast, room service and honesty bar during your Stay!

Hotel Fabric is in the GreenKey applying process for 2025.

A comfortable, beautifully decorated small hotel in a great neighborhood to use as a base for a trip to Paris. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The rooms are smallish but with high ceilings that help create a feeling of more space; the showers are great! The lobby breakfast bar (at additional cost each day) is convenient and well stocked; there is coffee available at no cost throughout the day, and an honor bar with wine, beer, etc. throughout the day and evening. The block is quiet, but with plenty of nearby options for cafes, convenience stores, bars, a wine shop, a cheese shop, really everything you might want. We loved this neighborhood for a base of operations for a trip to Paris - plenty of nearby Metro stops to get to the more touristy parts of town, but also plenty of interesting things to see locally (including the exceptional Thursday morning market nearby on the Boulevard Richard-Lenoir). Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at Hotel Fabric! The staff (especially Bridget) and location are what truly make this a standout, they were so warm and accommodating. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the Marais and very close to restaurants, bars (Dirty Lemon across the street was excellent as was Cafe Melicourt) and shops beyond that area. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of laundry too which was helpful as we were traveling for awhile and the coffee hour is a nice added touch. Next time we hope to visit the sauna!

A Stylish boutique hotel bordering the north end of the Marais.
The location allows for strolls through the Marais and there are plenty of restaurants and interesting shops close by .
In addition there are several metro stations within a few minutes walk, making the whole of Paris easily accessible.
Great service and a lovely lounge area, alongside well appointed rooms at a reasonable price combine to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.

It was our first experience in this hotel that I had discovered while reading the weekly newsletter of Inès de la Fressange, famous Parisienne. We highly appreciated the beauty of the place, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast, the layout of the room. It is difficult to find a hotel in Paris that offers this level of service at a price that remains affordable. The location of the hotel in a quiet street but close to the Marais district is an additional asset. We will certainly come back to that.

The hotel is very well located and can be reached quickly from the Gare de L'Est. We would be very friendly and very comfortable checked in on the sofa with a drink. Whether we were a little early, we were offered to see different rooms and choose one of them. The guests of the rooms had obviously all already left and the rooms were cleaned. Very quickly we had chosen our favorite and in fact we could this room was within the category we booked. We thought that was just great. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the equipment was very tasteful. Also we had ample space in room and bathroom. Another plus: our wish for two duvets was met immediately, because after we came back from a small tour to the hotel, everything was already done. The breakfast at Hotel Fabric is delicious, it's all there you want, sweet and salty alike. We also loved the offer of coffee and madeleines throughout the day and especially the idea of the Honesty Bar. The principle: you trust the guests and make sure you honestly enter those on the list of what you have drunk. Billing is then done at the reception desk at the end. We loved coming back to the hotel after dinner and being able to have a drink in the lobby without any complications before going upstairs to your room. All in all: highly recommended!

This is the best hotel we stayed in Paris, the area is beautiful and safe (literally you can find anything when it comes to restaurants, bars and shops) and quite close to the city center. We chose the superior double room and it was over our expectations. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful, for example we wanted another room and they managed to offer this very fast and without many questions. On the ground floor there is a small desk, near the Reception there is a cosy area where you can choose to relax or have a drink in the evening. Also, our hosts are offering good free coffee and tea 24/7. The room is spacious, especially for a Paris hotel, very clean with big windows and a nice view to a quiet and typical parisian street. They are changing the towels every day, the bathroom is pretty big, and well equipped. Also the room has a small precious fridge and a safe. The hotel is offering the option for a breakfast, drinks in the evening and on check out you can leave the travel bags in their wardrobe free of charge. They offer coffee even after you check it out. For sure when we will get back to Paris we will return to this hotel!

Hotel in a good location, just outside the first city center in a nice neighborhood full of young people and locals. Very well renovated factory. Triple room number 3 is welcoming for three with a single sofa bed that is also comfortable for an adult. Real double bed with very comfortable mattress. Very quiet. Fantastic shower, obviously there is no bidet. Good products for the bathroom and small l'occitane gifts for customers, the thought was much appreciated. Sweet and savory breakfast €20, normal. The hammam not used. Free coffee, tea and herbal teas at all hours.
All the staff is young and courteous, which is not to be taken for granted in Paris, especially the education and respect for the customer.
In my opinion excellent value for money! Advised

We arrived in CDG T3 on a Friday late afternoon but our suitcase didn’t appear. We had to file a report and this meant we needed to take a very stressful rush hour taxi journey. The minute we arrived in the hotel, the staff made us feel in safe hands and supplier us with replacement toiletries. The cosy lounge area provided free coffees and madeleines as well as an honesty bar - a real home from home.

The room was really nice and spacious and very quiet.

The breakfast was lovely with a surprising variety.

The staff chased our missing luggage several times during our 3 day stay but it remains missing. They couldn’t be more helpful.

A great hotel in a great area. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

A professional, gracious, and welcoming team is the first good impression I had of this hotel. The room was very comfortable (if the small size one expects in an urban environment). The location is absolutely fantastic, in a thriving neighborhood with great metro access. The breakfast is unusually good for a hotel and well worth the money; I also appreciated being able to use the hammam. Overall an excellent experience.

This is the second time we've stayed at Hôtel Fabric, and our stay was as spectacular as the first. The hotel is very clean and stylish, with every room having it's own unique design. The beds and linens are very comfortable, and although the rooms are not particularly big, the beautiful bathrooms are more spacious than most hotels costing much, much more. I strongly recommend including their breakfast with your reservation. They serve a wonderful breakfast buffet, with fresh breads (and croissants, of course), cold cuts and cheeses, fresh juices and excellent coffee, and absolutely magnificent fresh scrambled eggs. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak several languages.
The hotel is also located in a prime location for walking to many of the historic sites in Paris, and there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Dear Sunshine 575, Thank you for your question! All our Deluxe rooms offer a 180x200 double bed (can be turned into two single beds) and a single sofa bed that measures 80x180. The Deluxe room is 24 m2. Some of our Superior Triple rooms offer a real single bed but are smaller with their 22 m2. We stay at your disposal for any further information. We have never done the bus, too touristy. You don't want to call any more attention to yourself than you need. We have been my metro and I think it was less than 25 minutes. Uber is a good way to go and see the sights along the way. No stairs that way!

There is a list of the prices and you have to fill in how much you drank and your room number. The hotel trusts you with this and makes it possible. There are also free chips when you use the bar for a late night drink. Tea/ coffee/ water/ cappuccino/ espresso / hot chocolate are free. Only booze costs money.
