I stayed at Hotel Le 123 Sebastopol for 4 nights in December 2024 (booked directly with the hotel). Overall, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I arrived in the early morning following my Transatlantic flight and not only was the room ready within 30 minutes of my arrival but the person at the front desk offered me a free breakfast while I was waiting for the room. Special thank you to Nathan at the front desk for going above and beyond; other employees also provided exceptional service. The location is perfect. Many of Paris's must-sees are within walking distance (e.g., 20-25 minutes to Notre Dame and Louvre). Three of the metro lines are within a few minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket and smaller food stores very close to the hotel. Multiple restaurants and fast-food places in the area. My room (a single) was modern, good size by European standards, spotlessly clean. No door to separate the bathroom from the room. The bed was comfortable, although on the softer side for my taste. Breakfast - included in my rate - was excellent, a combination of freshly-made hot dishes, cold cuts and continental offerings. Bar services (specialty coffees) were included with breakfast. In addition, coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the reception area as were snacks (mini-muffins, doughnuts, cakes). Free beverages (still and sparkling water, apple juice, Pepsi) were restocked, free of charge, in the room mini-fridge. All in all, a very positive experience.

There is a part of me that would like to keep this gem a secret so it will not inundated with people, but I have to give this hotel and all of their staff the accolades they deserve.
From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and comfortable. We came in from the Eurostar around 1:00 or 2:00 pm and was not sure that our room would be ready. They had our room ready to go. We had booked connecting rooms for our family of 4 and they were spotless and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, coffee maker included with both coffee and teas, a mini refrigerator with water, soda and juice were all included. For me, the two best parts were having two separate bathrooms one with a walk in shower and windows that opened to let some air in. It was absolutely wonderful!
The staff will provide recommendations on where to eat, they provide complimentary umbrellas for their guests on rainy days and are all genuinely happy to have you as a guest.
We did have breakfast on one morning only. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the room but it is very well worth the extra charge. They have both hot and cold breakfast items and everything is not only delicious but they have staff available to get your coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. If we had been staying longer, I would have been in the dining room every morning eating breakfast.
For those who are short on time due to sightseeing but need laundry done, they also provide a laundry service. You drop off the clothes you need to be washed at the front desk in the morning and it is all ready before the end of the day. I have never used a laundry service before, but I will use it with this hotel again.
I do not remember everyone's names but I can assure you they are all the most professional and helpful people you will ever meet. My family really enjoyed the hotel location as well. We tended to use Uber more on this trip, rather than the metro but had no issues getting around the city.
Whether you are a couple, single person or a family, Hotel 123 Sebastopol will not only live up to your expectations but will set a new standard on hotel experiences.

I had never heard about Astotel but the place was recommended to me. What a nice surprise! From outside, the hotel doesn't seem like much but don't let that fool you.
The place is spotless clean and decorated with a fun theme on cinema. My room on the last floor was reasonably sized for Paris, the bed was super comfy and it came with a mini bar loaded with complementary soft drinks. My room faced the internal courtyard and it was super quiet: I literally didn't hear a single sound in 2 nights although the hotel is located on a major avenue.
But what makes this hotel special boils down to the staff and all the little attentions: they have a free afternoon tea with a ton of options, the breakfast buffet looked amazing (I don't eat breakfast although I almost did when I saw what they had). I also ever that they have a room downstairs where you can watch movies but I didn't have time to explore.
I was checking out early and they even offered to prepare a breakfast to go for me before the service started.
Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful and you can tell this is something this company really prides on.
They have other hotels in the city and I am totally using them again next time in Paris
merci !

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways! Cute, detailed and festive decor and a cozy feeling when entering the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially with our 4 room reservation—they made sure our rooms were adjoining or near each other. The snacks and drinks all day in the lobby were helpful when we wanted an afternoon break from activities. Breakfast was wonderful, offering the usual plus a variety of food, like chicken and flatbreads, and the price is unbeatable for Paris hotels. Thank you for a great experience!

We visited this hotel for five nights in May 2024 while on a family vacation. The hotel is beautifully designed, offering a charming and inviting atmosphere. The staff provides excellent service; they are very polite and attentive to every need.
One instance that stood out was when they saw my mother filling up empty bottles of water. Without us asking, they generously provided her with a new bottle of mineral water for our daily city exploration. Additionally, the hotel offers an open bar filled with a variety of hot and cold drinks, fresh fruits, cakes, and sweets. It's perfect for a coffee break or a late-night coffee date.
The hotel is clean and tidy, and while the rooms were a bit small for our taste, they were well-equipped with an excellent shower. The location is also convenient, with Metro stations nearby and within walking distance to the Le Marais neighborhood in Paris.
We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others, except perhaps for younger and single guests who might prefer a different atmosphere.

Personally I picked this hotel because it was more reasonable from the cost perspective. But I am glad I picked this for my stay at Paris.
This is a beautiful theme based hotel. Room sizes are not as big but eventually they are as per Europe standards. We had a nice experience right from checkin. The lady at the reception explained us everything about
-Breakfast timings -Free minibar -Free refreshments (pastries/juice/cookies) in hall from 2PM to 2AM everyday -12 properties across paris where we can have the refreshments and use washrooms if needed if we are staying in any of the astotel property
Breakfast spread was better when compared to European standards. Staff had one asian guy who helped us in getting the milk tea as we drink in India. Then there were pancakes, eggs, scrambled egg, sandwiches, fruits and many more which were enough to fill our stomach. More importantly my 1.5 year old son does not eat properly in the morning. On request they allowed me to box few items which were enough for him on the way to our activities.
Staff was prompt in providing guidance for metros, conveyance and the restraunt nearby.
We had early morning train for Brussels around 7:15 AM. Our breakfast was included so staff packed us few fruits/croissant/muffins and coffee for our journey without any issue even though the breakfast doesn’t start before 7:30 AM.
I wish they had a proper small cafe/restaurant at the property.
Overall I liked the property.

We organised an event at the Gérard Oury Lounge of the 123 Sevastopol Hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I would like to warmly thank Floriane, the coordinator, whose commitment and professionalism made this evening a real success. Thanks to his attention to detail and dedication, everything went perfectly.
The Gérard Oury room is of incomparable beauty, with a refined setting and an atmosphere that charmed all our guests. The rooms, where many of them stayed, are comfortable and perfectly equipped, helping to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
A word about the friendliness of all the hotel staff, always smiling, helpful and attentive. The general atmosphere of 123 Sevastopol is warm and elegant, a true haven in the heart of Paris.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to organize an event or just have a memorable stay.

So surprised at how fantastic this hotel was - we had 2 rooms that connected with their own entry and a middle door. Both rooms were very roomy with a full bathroom. The decor was movie themed and very tastefully done. The breakfast was exceptional for a buffet with fresh fruits, yogurts, eggs, bacon, cheeses, cereal, etc. And coffee was made to order. Juice was also freshly pressed. For the price this hotel is exceptional. We also liked the area was stayed in, very close to the metro and many cafes/restaurants close by. Loved it!

The hotel is very nice. You can feel the french vibe everywhere. Very clean, nice details, very delicious breakfast, very good coffee 24/7 and a coffee machine in the room. Orange juice was fresh not the one from a supermarket. It was really delicious! Personnel very attentive and nice.
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. You have all that you need - wardrobe, slippers, clean towels, hair dryer and iron ( on request). Mini bar for free refilled daily. And the main thing is - it is so quiet! Hotel is situated in a safe district. I also had a balcony with a street view to some cathedral. And a traffic light in the room was really nice.
You may meet mice in supermarkets, streets and restaurant in Paris. The hotel was like a clean paradise in the middle of Paris. I enjoyed staying there.
The hotel is very close to opera Garnier and metro that takes you wherever you need.

This was a nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. I would probably give just over 4 stars if I could. Our room was a good size but not very practical. There was little hanging room even for only 3 nights stay and particularly with winter coats etc. There wasn’t much storage generally and even the bed side tables were boxes which didn’t open. The bathroom was quite smart and it was good to have a proper bath tub but again no hooks for wet towels. The free mini bar ( soft drinks) was a nice touch and the provision of robes and slippers was great as we only brought cabin luggage. Breakfast was average. We needed to ask for coffee from the machine which was very good rather than fromthe pot which was offered which was not. The afternoon tea available from 2 pm was excellent- really nice flans and madeleines etc. This was very welcome after a busy day out. We didn’t book the cinema but this sounded fun as well. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of departure and also to have the snacks even though check out was at 12pm. The location was good and the metro - Reamour- Sebastopol was 3 minutes down the road. We might well stay again despite a few gripes.

Not all the rooms. The decors are based on French films and musicals. They don’t bother me at all. How often people actually look at it. Beds are comfortable, Spacious rooms, very good breakfast, bathrooms are cozy and location is pretty good (quiet nights)
There are white tents outside most pharmacies in Paris that do rapid antigen tests- ready in 15 minutes. I would explore that option as soon as you get there. To be certain, buy a home test that must be witnessed by on line medical personnel. That would pass for US entry ( if they are available on 1/1/22).
