Wow what a fantastic charming hotel. It is a lovely quaint boutique hotel right in the Latin Quarter. The rooms are decorated fabulously and the bar was excellent and the staff were tremendous. I would recommend to anyone.
Excellent value for money.
The concierge at this hotel are incredible. We asked their advice to book some hot Parisian restaurants. Unfortunately even they were unable to get us a table. However they then offered some recommendations and they totally nailed our style. We went to two of their...More
No question, St Germain is my favorite area of town, and this hotel is the standout among MANY wonderful hotels in that area. The rooms are magical in their decor and originality, you will feel as though you have stepped back in time- perhaps into...More
Fantastic! We enjoyed the comfy bed, the vintage decor, the winding staircase, and the basement pool. The cocktails at Le Bar are smooth and delicious. The food at Le Restaurant is creative.
We will return!
My wife and I have stayed here several times and we are probably over our fascination with Oscar Wilde, which really is the only reason L'Hotel can claim to be a 5-star hotel and charge 5-star rates. The location in the 6th cannot be beaten...More

In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented
musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.

The hotel restaurant is called "Le Restaurant" and we are located in Saint Germain des Prés in the 6th arr, not 17th.
