The staff were helpful and the location was great.

Love the location and felt safe in the area. Rooms are clean. Karin in the front desk is pleasant and helpful, so is the cleaning ladies everyone else is borderline useless and unfriendly. Rooms are very small, room 65 is not fit for 2 people....More
The alma hotel is small and unconfortable. With no wifi in the rooms. The service is awfull with illtempered personell. The rooms are small, hot and feel dirty. The bathrooms in the lobby are available when the staff wants it to be.

The shuttle service is not the actual hotels, it is outsourced. I would recommend making arrangements with a shuttle service independently or taking the metro. The public transportation in Paris is amazingly easy to use... More
The shuttle service is not the actual hotels, it is outsourced. I would recommend making arrangements with a shuttle service independently or taking the metro. The public transportation in Paris is amazingly easy to use, and there are attendants at every station that speak english and can help you with the right train selection.
