I stayed in this "establishement" on business for a couple of nights, due to the limited choice in Paris during events. Never again.
While the room was "ok" for Paris standard, the breakfast was somehow very poor.
I had to pay for my room, even though company paid for it....I'm still in the process of getting my money back from the hotel, while reception staff at the time and manager assured me this would be done within a week.
Three weeks after my stay, money is not back on my account, and the "manager" doesn't return my call, neither reply to my company's email...joke!
Stay away from this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed for four nights with my girlfriend. Between the two of us we speak very little French but this was not a problem as the staff especially Khalid were fantastic and made an effort to help us at every possible opportunity. They even facilitated us with an early check in after a long mornings travel from the west coast of Ireland.
Ideally located a 60 second walk from one of the main metro lines that will be needed by sightseeing tourists this hotel was always spotlessly clean and equipped with all mod cons. My girlfriend commented that it was the first time she ever saw a good hair dryer in a hotel.
While the rooms are compact and the walls are a little thin but it is truly an authentic Parisian experience and for a very reasonable price. The continental breakfast was fresh every morning and constantly replenished so that nobody ever missed out.
Loads of bars and cafes near by that are fairly priced makes up for the lack of tea and coffee Maki g facilities in the rooms.
Wonderful experience from the moment we checked to the moment they ordered us a taxi to the airport.

Breakfast was ok but every morning we had to go to the reception to ask cups, plates, glasses, milk, juice etc. because they had nothing ready there. Also the cleaning staff vacuumed the area next to the breakfast room during breakfast time which was really unpleasant. The cleaning staff threw away our plastic mugs but did not bother to replace them with new ones, and the same problem was with towels.
Every time we left the hotel during the day we had to leave our room key to the receptionist, and when we came back we just said the room number and got the key from a receptionist we had never seen before - no ID check or anything, anyone could have just walked in the hotel and asked for our room key without any trouble.
One morning we wanted to sleep in and put the "do not disturb" -sign to the door. Dispite this the cleaning staff knocked on the door several times, waking us up. This was really rude, considering they collect the keys when leaving the hotel so they definitely knew we were in the room.
Staff was friendly but i would not recommend this hotel.

I had a bad experience in this hotel which seems a bit odd if I read the other reviews, but I am well experienced with regards to hotels in Paris and this is really not good.
My room was on the groud floor and was a disabled's room, which in itself should not be a bad thing. You know the shower is very open and if the drain runs well, that is no problem, well, my drain was not running well, so if you shower longer than 5 minutes, the bathroom starts to look like a swimming pool. But that is not the worst.
The hotel is very noisy and my room was very very warm.
So, after the first night, I complained at reception (manager I believe) about the fact that my room was very warm and there was nothing I could do about it. He walked with me to the room and admitted that indeed it was very hot and the radiator was closed.
He assured me that he would fix it.
The second evening when I entered the room, it was still as hot, so went back to reception, an employee now. She was very friendly, tried to switch on the Aircon which was set to “Warm” but she could not. She contacted the manager but apparently it was not possible to turn on the Aircon, I guess because they had to do that then for the whole hotel and that would cost a lot. Anyway, there was no other room available and the advice the manager gave was: You can open the window. Although my room was on the ground floor and the window was almost like a door; he assured me that no one could get in.
So I had to sleep with the window open. That meant that on top of the noise in the hotel I had noise from outside plus a curtain that was blown into the room every now and then. So did I sleep well? No. Around 6 in the morning traffic is building up in Paris, so I had to shut the window again.
When checking out, of course I made my complaint again to the manager. I told him that it was completely out of proportion to charge more than 200 euro’s per night for a room like this (that is even excluding breakfast). On my question “how can we handle this?” he did not understand any English anymore.
When we went back to room to check, he said it was not warm at all, looking at the big floor to ceiling window that was open. At that stage I knew we were done discussing.
So if you have to pay, let's say 80 euros per night, yes, you can go here and expect nothing more than what you pay for.
Anything over 80 euros I would give this one a miss.

So glad we booked this hotel.

Our reason for booking was because they offered packages that included parking, which just felt like a weight of our mind trying to find parking locally.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Mnsr Smaine sorted our paperwork when we arrived far too early to check in, which was really appreciated and helped us find the car park. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the hotel and although an easy walk, I recommend that you park outside the hotel and drop off luggage before finding the car park, as it was a little far to walk with bags.

Someone has already mentioned that from the lift there are about 6-7 steps up to the floor the rooms are on.

The rooms are all uniquely decorated and are really interesting. The rooms are reasonably sized, maybe on the slightly small side but perfectly sufficient for a couple of days. Beds are absolutely heaven! They were so comfortable and the linen was clean and warm. Air con also worked really well and was not overly noisy, just the occasional creak. The shower was warm and I believe all rooms have private bathrooms. Internet was free and only dropped out occasionally but came back quickly so was fine for basic browsing, Google, Facebook etc without any problems. Not sure it would withstand streaming, large uploads or heavy work. The TV in the room has Netflix so if you have an account take your details. The TV service was good.

Breakfast was generally quiet, with a selection of lovely coffees, pastries, toast, yoghurt, cereal, eggs and cheese.

Getting out and about was excellent. The bus and metro are 3-4 minutes walk away. Access to the attractions was easy, often without needing any changes. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the city centre. I recommend buying half a dozen t+ tickets at the metro station which are €1.90 each and valid for 2hrs after first use on metro, trams and buses. Having spares means you can hop on a bus or train without having to worry about trying to buy tickets when queues are long. When you are walking from attraction to attraction you might not be near a metro directly back to Porte D'Orleans so having flexibility to get a bus back is great. Google maps will tell you which train / bus is the quickest and nearest method back to the hotel.

Hotel has 24/7 service so you can leave the key with reception and come back whenever it suits you and someone is there to greet you and give you the room key.

Overall I was really impressed and very pleased with this hotel and the service and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
