I can't say enough how great this place is. Location is central to all the great parts of old Paris. Just blocks from Notre Dame, in the bohemian St Germain/latin district (great food and art district!). The owner/manager was incredibly helpful. We ended up being...More
We spent one night at this hotel and it was fine for one night but no more. A good size room but dated furniture and the bed was a fold out bed. We had a basic kitchen but didn't use it. The internet was difficult...More
Great apartment in the best place of Paris. Close to metro station. Close to all the restaurants in latin quarter. The sofa bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The refrigerator was clean and with no noise. Warm water in the shower. The apartment had...More
My true rating for this hotel is a 2.5. Excellent location, but otherwise only suitable for those who are accustomed to hostel-like accommodations. Had the reviews here been more accurate, I would have paid the extra $ for a more comfortable hotel, since I was...More
This was our first time in Paris and I can't imagine a better location than this apartment. It's not fancy - but clean, compact and a great price. The location is so terrific, we didn't need a taxi the whole time; we used the metro...More

As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this
area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.

Zak is not always at the desk but you can email him and let him know the time of arrival. He wasn't there when we arrived but his friends works at the restaurant on the corner (2 doors down) and was good enough to call him on his cell - turns out he was in the back doing something! I am sure you can contact the hotel now with your arrival time and get contact info for Zak - email and phone. We just didn't have a phone with us.
