I have to stay here because it's close to our office. I don't have a problem with it - great selection of food in room service menu (although expensive), not a fan of the stale smoke smell in some of the rooms but it's comfortable. Not somewhere I would chose to go if I was paying, but more than adequate...

Probably not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in given the promise of four stars and a big brand and the hype of some other reviews. We stayed here only because of a conference in the adjacent centre. The hotel is just plain shabby. It is in desperate need of refurb. The air conditioning control in our room didn't work...

Dear Jozisam, I regret you did not enjoy your stay with us. Please, accept my apologies for the inconvenience you incurred regarding the key of your room. About the kettle, the hotel is a high building and due to security reason, we could not use it in our rooms. I hope having the pleasure to be up our reputation in...

I stayed here during an event at the palais, for which the hyatt was extremely convenient (although the hotel did change name the day before I arrived - see photo). The hotel has a range of ups and downs - its ups being one of the benefits as most rooms have a view of something in paris (mine was monte...

Stayed there for 2 days on business, and really enjoyed central location - walking distance from most attractions (Eiffel Tower included). A bit dated but clean, confortable and quiet room with amazing view. I was not on the Eiffel tower side, but the view on the other side, at the city and Sacre Coeur was equally great. In the morning,...

I stayed here on a business trip in April for four nights. It had just transitioned from the Concorde Lafayette to Hyatt ownership and boy was the staff confused. They weren't entirely sure about the process at check in and they had to ask their managers a lot of questions. The lobby itself is a bit dim and suffers from...

Reserved 4 nights at this hotel while it was still the Concorde La Fayette (changed to Hyatt around May 1). The rooms are dated, but spacious by European standards and not bad. Certainly does not compare to newer Hyatt properties elsewhere in the world. Bathroom was a bit musty, but vent worked well. Shower had good pressure and plenty of...

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Very surprised to find hotel changed ownership one week before arrival! I agree with others, not quite a Hyatt standard yet, spotty service. Upon a long involved check in I was told my room was a high level and with the Tower view. Upon entering room on the club level, surprised...

Booked for our 25th wedding aniversary, the ease of getting to and from the hotel was great, train from CDG RER B to Chatelet, then M1 to Port Maillot, a bit of walking with the connection in Chatelet but cost less than €10 per person. Good friendly receptionist, soon booked us in, even with some confucion due to the recent...

Upon arrival we were surprised to learn that the hotel changed name from concorde lafayette to Hayatt. we have booked a club queen room for 2 adults and a child of 5 years but to our surprise the room was extremely small. We went down to complain and there was a front desk officer his name was Rafael very professional...
