My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights in March. Being my third visit to Paris, I hadn't stayed in Montmartre before, and was extremely glad I chose this hotel! Situated on a very quiet street just off Rue Lepic, you are only a few minute's walk from the Metro, Moulin Rouge, restaurants, and shops. Place du Tertre and... More

The hotel is located on a very quiet street, but near lively streets of Montmartre with nice restaurants and bars, and close to the metro station. Hotel was clean and looked recently renovated. Our room was rather small, but nicely decorated. Staff was really friendly. We didn't try the breakfast there, since there were plenty of cafes nearby to explore.... More

We spent 6 nights during March. We were there during the tremendous snowstorm. The staff could not have been more helpful changing all of our accommodations and reservations from rental car to hotels, etc. The hotel has a wonderful location for exploring and is near many good restaurants, especially the bakery John. We do hope to return!

Having trouble finding a decent hotel in Paris offering real value for money and a room you can swing a cat in? Look no further. This place is in a great location, a quiet street in Montmartre within easy walking distance of the Metro, Sacre Coeur, the Moulin Rouge and a selection of decent restaurants. Room was clean and quiet... More

Ideal Hotel if you want to explore Monmartre and very well situated only 200 metres from Blanche Metro . A sturdy 10 minute walk takes you from the Hotel to Sacre Cour and the old artists quarter of Monmartre though the square is filled with "Painters" saying one looks so good one should have ones portrait painted NOW. The Hotel... More

I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every one. The room was clean and cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh croissants! A short walk to the metro and to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice and clean little hotel in a quiet backstreet, still only a few steps to lovely cafés, shops and metro on rue Lepic. Sleept well and deep in the comfortable bed. Staff stored our bags for us on check out day. Didnt try the breakfast, we had it on Rue Lepic instead.

Stayed here for four nights in January 2013. The place is well situated and great for exploring the Montmartre neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to the Metro. Rooms are small bu confortable and the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Would definitely come back.

We loved this place. In the heart of the action but tucked up a little side street meant we were close to everything in the Montmartre district whilst enjoying the peace and quiet the hotel offered. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully clean and our room small but cosy with... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
