We stayed for 3 nights in December. The owner was away during our stay but we were looked after by a friend of his. The location is convenient for Gare du Nord, however you really need to take the Metro or bus to reach the tourist attractions. We stayed in room 5. We were disappointed on arrival to see the...

Early december no plumber problems were reported to me. The toilet in this room is a so called sany broyeur, it grounds the disposabels. If guests put in other articles then whatever you put in a wc, it risks to disfunction. I guess this is what happened. These guests must have put in other things then wcpaper. There are signs...

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in Peet's newest room (#4), which is across the hallway from their apartment. The B&B is in a great location, easy to reach from the Gare du Nord, and has a lift to assist in getting the bags upstairs. Room #4 actually has two bathrooms, but only one of them equipped with...

We had a lovely stay when I flew to Paris to join a girlfriend for a few short days. Our location was very near Gare-du-Nord so we had easy access to bus, metro and RER lines as well as easy access to trains to the airport. Peet was always pleasant and made the best coffee to wake up to each...

This was a fantastic place to stay. Peet was a wonderful host, eating breakfast with us each morning and giving us tips for the day. Breakfast was beautiful with homemade preserves, yoghurt and bread. The location was good, a little further away from some tourist destinations but very walkable.

My wife and I stayed here a year ago and didn't hesitate when booking 6 nights for our recent return trip. We looked forward to seeing Peet again, as he is a most generous and accommodating host. Once again, he was always at the ready with helpful hints and recommendations for a perfect day in Paris. He also remembered that...

Peet and Thierry are your hosts and they are very nice and helpful. A breakfast of croissants, bread, yogurt, and perhaps a pastry is served every morning between 8-930a. The location is ok since it's close to gare du nord but it's a metro ride to the city center. Also, since you are staying in a home, you are limited...

An intimate spot close to train, metro and buses. Peet made everything easier for us. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had been traveling in France for two weeks. We had started out in Paris and wanted to finish our trip in Paris. We had stayed somewhere else in the beginning of our trip. When we got to this B&B, we thought this neighborhood was not good at all. It felt dangerous to us, and my husband has been in...

I wished I found this place the last time I stayed in Paris! Peet, the owner, was hospitable, generous and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and very very very clean (!). And the location was just minutes away from Gare du Nord, which has lots of Metro lines. Every morning there was always a croissant, something yummy that...

We just finished a 6 night stay with Peet. First off----this is *not* a HOTEL! If you are looking for a Hotel with a pool, fitness center and extra daily charges----then, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a "room-in-Paris" that is larger than most Parisian hotel rooms, for half the price - then look no further. Pete is an...
