People stay here because it is very close to Gare Du Nord. That must be the only reason people stay there. It is a tip and the staff are extremely unwelcoming. It will probably continue to be popular because of the location but after one night we went in search of and found better hotels within 10 minutes walk that...

I don't get people here hating the hotel because there are homeless people outside. First of all, you should not have booked a hotel located right in front of the main Paris train terminal. More people would beg for help in a busy area, right? The hotel, for its price and location, is just great. The room is pretty clean...

This comfortable budget hotel is directly opposite the main entrance to Gare Du Nord train station, perfect for exploring Paris & on the direct link from Charles de Gaule airport. Our room was quiet, we were on the 4th floor at the back, there was a bit of traffic noise but not too much that we were bothered by it....

If you are thinking of booking this hotel, don't bother! I booked this hotel thru Expedia and then the plans changed and I had to cancel. I cancelled well within the time limit but they charged my one night stay even though it specifically said no fees will be charged. When Expedia called them, they made up a story of...

If you want a hotel that can reach all the sites quickly this is it. This is the only reason! The front desk tried to sell us the night and day bus tour separately, nice. The floors feel like they have not been sweep. The bathroom is clean. The sheets have not been changed in god knows how long. But...

Location of this hotel is very good as one of the major train stations in Paris is opposite. That's its only plus point unfortunately. Room was small, dated and felt dirty. Luckily I was only there for a sleep and shower. Would look elsewhere for accommodation.

Despite my poor knowledge of the French language, the staff was very friendly and could help me with all my questions. The room was nice and clean. Excellent hotel. One very nice detail for me was the safe parking space in an underground car park for 13€/night only, wich is very cheap for Paris.

I booked this hotel even after reading others bad reviews thinking it couldn't really be that bad... We are a family of 5, and it is difficult to find rooms for 5 in Paris so we took the risk, it was awful. The room itself wasn't more than 150 square feet, the pictures on the website are doctored. It had...

Great location, next to train and metro. Neighbourhood is good, hobo's can be found all over Paris. The room is clean and nicely priced. Not very luxurious, hence the price. It is a nice place from which you go into Paris in the morning and return to in the evening to reload from climbing all the stairs in the metro...
