Nice budget hotel in the 11th arrondissement. It's on a street with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a bunch of metro stops - Oberkampf, Parmentier, Republique. I had a clean spacious double room to myself. Nothing fancy but it covers all the basics one needs in a hotel. Friendly and courteous staff as well. Would stay here again...

Great budget hotel near the place de la republique in an untouristy area packed with restaurants and bars all around. It's basic but clean and quite friendly. We had a room with 3 beds as there were four of us so it is very economical.

I normally stay in Ibis-brand hotels in Europe but in Paris they were more expensive than usual for a decent location, or beside the train stations (yuck). Cosmos is a great location since it had the feel of the real Paris, but I wish I had spent a little more. The mattresses were old and saggy and only one pillow...

This hotel is well placed, close to the Republic. It is in a quaint neighbourhood but there are lots of bistros close by making it extraordinarily noisy and there is no A/C so you are choosing between two evils...noise from down below by keeping the windows open, or sweltering heat because you've closed the windows to block out SOME of...

As I stressed last time I reviewed Cosmos, I keep visiting it every time I come to Paris. However, this occasion calls for another review. During the (still ongoing, but only for few teams) UEFA Euro 2016, Cosmos was one of the few establishments in Paris (and in all French host cities) that did not inflate its prices to ridiculous...

A nice, clean, hotel with very good prices. There is a lot of restaurangs and bars in the area, which is a good thing, but it can be a bit noisy at night. Also, sound travel easily between the rooms... We didn't try the breakfast, since there are so many nice patisseries in the neighborhood.

Stayed here three nights. Great value and great location...Republique Square, good night life, cafes, bars and metro stations close by. Room was clean, quiet and cosy with an ensuite bathroom. Hosts are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is an extra charge but worth it! Would stay if I visit Paris again. Merci beaucoup xx

I have stayed at Cosmo's hotel twice, under two very different circumstances. The first time I stayed there was with my husband when he visited me in Paris for the summer. The staff is incredibly nice and the rooms are clean. The hotel is centrally located to everything and we had no trouble at all getting around Paris. The second...

Very lovely stay at hotel. My choice when i come back again. Lovely and friendly host. I just choose it by first look from the street. Very clean. Simple and easy, just what i needed for a stay at paris. One floor by steps access from 5th to the 6th floor is the only thing that was a bit hard...

“There are a lot of restaurants along the strip, so I'm not sure if anything can be done about the road noise. Also note I was there during the World Cup (including the France - Germany game)! However, because of the value for a Paris hotel, I would definitely stay there again.”
