Great little neighborhood, a short bus or metro ride from Gare du Nord. Creperie, Chocolaterie, Patisserie, several bistros, and a grocery store, within a 10 minute walk. Clean room, private bath, and breakfast for £8. Pleasant staff. What a gem!
Surprisingly decent two stars hotel. Clean simple and practical rooms. Wonderfully welcoming staff. The neighborhood is young and has everything around. Transportation is easy. Highly recommended hotel.

Great budget hotel near the place de la republique in an untouristy area packed with restaurants and bars all around. It's basic but clean and quite friendly. We had a room with 3 beds as there were four of us so it is very economical.
