+Good price, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, comfy bed.
-Received different room than advertised on a picture (bathroom not located in the middle) but a separate room.
Overall I would give it 7,5/10
Room was very clean and my kids were in the room right next door. Location was great. There were plenty of cafés near by. There was a market on the week end just down the street. Close to métro lines. Hotel was quiet.
Came here for 4 nights with my family, it was a sightseeing holiday and was very full on so didn’t actually spend much time in the hotel at all other than to sleep and have breakfast! However the staff were really friendly and answered any...More
We stayed at the hotel for one evening prior to taking the train from Gare Montparnasse to Bretagne. It is relatively easy to get to by Metro and it is a 5 minute walk to the train station, so the location is perfect. The rooms...More
The rooms are quirky (in a good way), fairly large and in a great location! The staff was helpful when it came to checking in. Walkable distance to metro stations and Orlybus stop if you are coming from the Orly airport!

The smell was still very much there in September 2017. Such a shame as it’s a great location and lovely employees, but it hits you with a “whammo” as you enter or leave the building. Thankfully the smell does not carry through to the rooms at all. We stayed at this hotel twice, and the second time was for five nights, so it obviously didn’t bother us a great deal. It’s Paris after all.
