Me and two friends stayed here during summer and I have been meaning to write a review. We stayed for three nights for the price of 50 pound each (so only £16 quid per night) and the location was right next to gare de l'est which was across the road, and gare de nord was a mere five mins walk... The people are very nice and the location is perfect. The rooms are tiny and the house is old, but everythimg was clean and we didn't miss a thing! I can recommend it because you don't find much in this price range and its still reasonable quality!

This place is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the Gare de l'est rail station & a slightly longer walk to the the Gare Du Nord railway station and managed by somewhat friendly, accommodating staff. That's about it in terms of pluses. The room was typically small, but in serious need of an overhaul (actually the whole place... More

This place is very well located, close to the train station gare de l'est, the staff is friendly. The room is basic and simple, may be a bit of renovation should be necessary ...but we speak about one of the cheapest solutions in Paris. In the morning I woke up hearing birds singing ...amazing in central Paris...

The receptionists are really nice. That's about all I can say that's nice about the place. There is wifi in the small lobby area that works. The rooms are not nice. The floor is carpeted which just makes the room dirtier. There were no bugs that I could see. The bathroom was serviceable. There was no where to place the... More

This is a very simple hotel, but it's very comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a facny hotel, you should probably expect to pay more ;) They don't change sheets every day but the towels are always new. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, near to the main train stations and metro lines... More

It would be really difficult for me to say what was the worst. At the first place it's definitely the cleanliness! The level of hygiene in the whole hotel, and especially in the rooms was so bad that we immediately need to change the hotel at the arrival. We had to pay for whole day, and I really don't regret... Firstly let me be clear that I am not exaggerating in any way. the only reason I would force myself to remember the nightmare of Hotel Du Terrage to review it is to warn travellers of this hellhole. Please do not stay here, it is a waste of 69 euros. our room was like decending into a horror film during... More
