The location is extremely good, directly at opposite to Gare du Nord station in Paris. The room had a good size as well as the bathroom. Wifi is included But you see in the rooms and the bath that the hotel is old and worn out: visible marks on the floor, used bath tiles with small defects, etc. needs a...

The hotel has basic amenities necessary for a city break, its proximity to Gare du Nord is unparalleled. It is not the sort of place you need to spend all day in - Paris awaits outside! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay here. Had requested a quiet room on an upper floor. They were unable to provide this so gave us an upgrade to a quiet room on an inner courtyard towards the back of the hotel with free minibar and fluffy dressing gowns. The breakfasts were excellent as always with great fruit salad and lovely creamy Brie...

Great hotel. Got in late from London on the Eurostar, and was so convenient to walk the short distance from Gare du Nord. Also convenient to get around Paris via the Metro, and transportation to CDG airport. The room size was adequate (especially for Paris). There was some worn carpet areas in the room and hallways, but I believe the...

Need to stay comfortably and 3min walk from Gare du Nord? Want a decent, quality breakfast and rooms that are very good size for Paris and well appointed? Then Mercure Gare du Nord is for you. The metro is on the doorstep , so all the "need to see" Paris is a short trip away

Very good one night stay. Only problem was overnight heat as air conditioner did not seem to work and it was too noisy to leave window open. Breakfast was fine. There are plenty cafes around to have dinner. Very handy for Gare du Nord

Nice comfortable hotel across the road from the Gare Du Nord Rooms are not huge but we had a balcony you could stand on overlooking the station which was nice. Can get noisy at night so ask for a back room if you are a light sleeper. Lovely bar and breakfast area.
