Like stated by the others, this hotel is good but to find a car park is difficult. Even getting your luggage out of the car and signing in is not possible, you need to find the carpark from bigger streets.

On a positive the hotel is very compact, clean and refurbished to a nice standard. Fine for a couple of days but no room for any baggage if staying longer. Location is down a small side street, but easy walking distance to the palace and...More
It's all modernized, though it still appears a bit outdated how the interior is done.

I don't believe that you can. The limited places are on a first-come, first served basis. If you get a place and then leave, don't expect it to be waiting for you on your return. If you have a small car, you are more likely to be granted a spot as spaces are tight. The Novotel has good parking for 12E per 24 hours and you can always get a spot which makes coming and going less stressful. It is further out, but a safe easy walk into the town centre. I hope this helps.
