Stayed here on a business overnighter as a last minute booking. Had room on 1st floor, and ate the breakfast. Pros : - Location would be excellent for tourists - checkout quick and staff friendly Cons : - desperate need of refurb ( sizeable hole in carpet in 1st floor hallway, room 108 has numerous stains on carpet - not...

Our stay at the Hotel de France was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was one of only two hotels that is close, and I mean close to the Chateau, that has a room set up with two twin beds - we were two friends traveling and needed our own beds to sleep more comfortably. There...

Our family of 5 stayed here in early August and had interconnecting rooms. Each room has great individuality and the beds are very comfortable. We had a 6 week old baby and the hotel couldn't do enough to ensure we had all we needed. The rooms were large enough to accomodate all the paraphanalia that accompanies young children and the...

Location is unbeatable, literally across the street from the majestic chateau de Versailles. Unfortunately we were there last weekend during "la canicule" and rooms while seemed to have air-conditioning, air was not provided. We had lunch at the restaurant and they did have cool air there... Otherwise ti is an old fashion hotel with nice clean rooms, some of the...

I stay here whenever I'm in Paris - comfortable friendly and great service - O'Paris bar down the road serves a great selection of beer and there are plenty of local good quality restaurants nearby / I would also say the lady on reception is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble .

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel situated on pretty tree lined road opposite the palace. Our room was very pretty, huge bathroom and we were lucky enough to have a room at the front of the hotel. Although the road in front was busy the room was really well soundproofed. We had problems with our tickets...

Liked this little hotel - just across the road from the Palace. We had a family room - two rooms with a bathroom between. It was a flying visit - we checked in, went out sightseeing, had dinner out, watched fireworks, came back to the hotel, had breakfast then checked out...so the hotel was perfect for our very quick stop.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the palace. Just walk across the street and in a minute you are there. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is huge. Too bad it didn't have a shower curtain (we splashed water everywhere). The room had a large safe which was nice because we do travel with...

This is a charming little hotel across the street from the main entrance to Versailles. It was a nice break from the bustle of central Paris. The rooms are nice and ours opened into a courtyard. We passed on the breakfast. The town of Versailles is a charming little town filled with little shops restaurants, and tapas bars. There is...
