Hi we stayed here for five nights in the middle of October 2014, reading some of the blogs it makes me angry that some of the basic facts are wrong. There are some very good Restaurants around if u care to look beware of the one that in french means "a secret" they give u old cheap sparkling wine and... More

First, I want to preface this with "the owners are amazingly courteous and helpful, the house was NOT loud, the breakfast was amazing and the location was just fine!" Some thoughts based on previous comments and our experience: - Yes, you have to walk for your food. BUT, the Chateau de Versailles is literally a 20 minute walk as well... More

Don't stay here. The place isn't even marked at all making it hard to find, theres nothing that great within walking distance (unless you want to go to domino's pizza or a car dealership), the rooms are shabby and not great, and worst of all, the owners young children are SO loud and obnoxious!!! they make noise at all hours... I could not recommend Villa Trianon based on the treatment we received from the owners. They were not present when we arrived. Their young son tried to contact his mother, but could not so we stood in the foyer for around 40 minutes until she arrived. After initially apologizing she implied it was our fault saying she had not received... More

We stayed at Villa Trianon for three nights in Sept / Oct 2012. This is a gorgeous, French B&B with fantastic, charming customer service. The owners made us feel immediately welcome. We were shown to our room, all questions about Versailles answered, great restaurant recommendations given and then told to "treat the B&B as our own home." It was lovely.... More

We were in Versailles for the weekend to see the Grand Eaux. The hotels looked a little "dull," so we searched for an attractive B&B alternative. The photos suggested that it was a very modern, but traditional mini-suite, with good plumbing (important for a British couple), and attractive linens. Perfect for a couple seeking peace and quiet, and a good... More

When you arrive at the Villa Trianon and enter the front door you enter another world - a world of true French charm and welcome. A world of understated good taste in harmony with this beautiful house dating originally from the mid 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and soft with a thoughtful mix of lovely antique and practical furniture for... More

We had very high hopes for this very pricy 'excellent' B&B. What a dissapointment. We went with two couples and made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Upon arrival we got a flat with 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with one double-bed and one 'living room' with 2 single beds. We were told this was normal and what we... More

We are really so sorry that you didn't enjoy your trip in Versailles. We do always our best to let a beautiful remember to our hosts. Beautiful hotel and location, many family people, some couples, many people coming for business dinner, good waiters at restaurant. Just in 2minutes from Versaille palace. Rooms very clean and light, they have Guerlain spa and swimming pool with open terrace where u can join sun. On my opinion it's also perfect place for wedding reception.
