The owners a fantastic people Spoil and look after you very well. Only two star but treated us as if 5 star. Room cleaned and new towels everyday. Convenient to town and the medieval city. Will stay again. Best wifi in France

It was our first time in the city and we found the hotel manager extremely helpful. We were originally booked in a room on the 2nd floor, but when he saw that I walk with a stick, he changed it to the first floor (no lift) without even being asked. He also recommended some good restaurants, one of which we...

I'd skip this one, it had a very dormitory feel to it, the decor was absent, maybe the last people who stayed in this room took it with them... also the bedding and towels were very ordinary and had been through many, many wash cycles. The location was fine but there are many, many hotels in Carcassonne that are all...

This hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Bright walls and furniture. Pale coloured walls in our bedroom were boosted by a black, grey and red theme with the furnishings. Our 1st floor room faced the street and was over a restaurant but the glazing was effective and we weren't bothered by noise. The bathroom was themed in shades...

I was only there the one night but I would very happily go back again. Perfectly situated for both the old and new towns. Room was a reasonable size and very clean but let's just say "French" in style. Everything worked although I wasn't sure about the air con but it said it was on and I could feel cool...

We arrived in early from the airport and were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel free of charge. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us directions to both the old town and closer attractions. When we came back are rooms were ready. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Ours was overlooking the main street and was a...

Owners very friendly and helpful. Basic but very clean. Good wifi. We stayed on route for one night only - Old Cite easy 10/15 min walk away - so perfect for what we needed - dinner in Old Town and up and off early to continue our travels. Would recommend.

Good location, double glazing and shutters block noise and light, top sheet on bed, bin, good hot water flow, clean. Owner seemed reluctant to engage, could not offer any recommendations, breakfast ordinary. More expensive than we have paid elsewhere for a better welcome and overall experience. It was like we weren't there.

The hotel is a dump. The breakfast what one would expect in a dump. Staff is friendly and efficient but the rooms are just not what one would hope for in such a beautiful little city. Don't consider this place unless Hell has frozen over.

The owners / managers are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were very basic but clean. The decorations were weird but guess that doesnt spoil the comfort. The breakfast was very basic for 8 euros each, fruit would have been nice. OK for one night.
