We found the hotel comfortable and easy to find from the main road into Carcassonne from Beziers. Room was fine although only a door to the back rather than a window which meant we had no air at night as didnt feel safe leaving the door ajar. Easy walk at the back of the hotel to the city, about 20...

We'd heard from our tour leader that this hotel wasn't good prior to new management/owners taking over earlier in 2014. It still needs an outside repaint but inside is different. The reception area and restaurant are very modern, bright and welcoming. The staff certainly went out of their way to make us welcome and provided an excellent evening meal and...

Basic hôtel in an industrial area. Not far from castle area. No pool. Our room had strong odor, but our second room was fine. Fairly clean. Wifi only works for one device. Price seemed high for the value but it is in a tourist area. Thought this was a 3 star but was definitely not

Where are the photos for this hotel taken for Trip Advisor? Our room had damp patches on the ceiling, the odour when you entered the hotel was enough to make you realise you had made a mistake on booking. This should not pass any standard of being classed as a hotel and should not even be ranked on Trip Advisor. My best...

The room is clean but the hotel is very essential and the price/quality ration is not so good. The room are small and the structure is in an aninous building. The quality of the sleep was in any case good.

An average hotel on the outskirts of a lovely town. Food was average, room was OK, absolutely nothing distinguishes this hotel except its brilliant and hardworking staff.

Miserable location in industrial area of Carcassonne, far from City Center, very small rooms, only lukewarm water, shabby overall. Not worth the money! Unfortunately, our agent had forced us to stay here b/c nothing else was allegedly open, but it would have been better to find any alternataive. McDonald's and supermarket near-by. Staff person nice and efficient, but does not...

This hotel is in a quiet location on the opposite side of town from the airport. This is a Kyriad group hotel which are dotted all over france. If you were driving in the Narbonne area this would be ideal because you are clear of the town. It is approx 20 mins walk from "La Cite" and 40 mins walk...
