Had a wonderful 3 day stay here. Very friendly people; simple but comfortable room in an ideal location. Although I was unwell, I could get out and about and rest in between times due to the central location. I plan to return...

The Hotel de la Comedie is in a wonderful location for those who wish to explore the Old City area of Montpellier. The staff was kind, helpful and pleasant. The room we had was on the 5th floor and had a small balcony. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. For those wishing to have a pleasant rat spot, this is...

I think this is one of the most memorable stays we have had. Absolutely correct price: no unnecessary frills but comfortable beds, soft towels, clean rooms, very helpful and informative staff, wonderful central location but just off the main thoroughfare and so quiet. The hotel was full when we stayed but had very little disturbance from the neighbouring rooms. The...

This hotel has a good location, right in front of Place de la Comedie, close to many of Montpellier attractions. The room was a little cramped and a little cold at night, but for one night was okay. The staff was friendly, but it seems they didn't know the area very well because they couldn't anwer when I asked of...

This is by no means a "luxury" hotel, but I knew that from previous Trip advisor reviews. What it is is a quirky, friendly and small hotel -the type I prefer to stay in rather than a budget chain hotel. I'd asked for a single room, higher up and I was on the 4th (top) floor-there is a lift! The...

Helpful friendly staff (Thanks Oliver). Happy to suggest places to eat and look after luggage after I booked out. Great central location. Easy to walk to from the station. Room small but clean and air conditioning useful. Good breakfast too 8 euro but lots of it. Would recommend staying here and I hope to come back.

This is decent hotel, clean and comfortable but no frills, in an excellet location just off Place de la Comedie. It' s only a 7 min walk from the Central station. La Place de la Comedie is a great place to hang out in the evenings, lot's of restaurants and buskers. Still it's quiet at the hotel which is great....

The location of this hotel was excellent! It is only 600m from the train station and 50m from La Place de la Comedie! What an action packed place to spend time in summer!!! So many talented buskers and street performers. The tourist bureau, lots of restaurants, the opera, cinemas, all kinds of shops , a large carousel, a fountain, the...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on our first trip to Montpellier and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in a perfect position, just around the corner from the main square and the service is excellent. The staff spoke excellent English which is always an advantage and the reception is open 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to...

This hotel is a great find, its right in the centre of everything, just off the Place de la Comedie you feel right in the middle of things but without it being noisy, we were on quite a high floor, but there is a lift which is great if you have luggage. Rooms are quite small but good air con,...
