Perfectly located near Place de la Comédie and close to the train station. Nice people Excellent room. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. The breakfast would deserve better products. Price reasonable for the standard and the location (center of Montpellier)

Room Very small space you would not be able to fall on the floor even if you try hard. It is not clean place, they don't even wipe the tables in the room. The bathroom stinks due to the water drain not drying out and producing very small flying insects on top of being stinks. Toilet very small and not...

Grand Hotel du Midi goes down as one of my favorites in all of my European travels. The Great Gatsby-esque details of the rooms are so tastefully done and beautifully appointed. The staff were extremely accommodating - they let us store our bags before check in so we wouldn't be burdened with them as we explored the city, gave great...

After the refurbishment the hotel has transformed into a modern/cool hotel with funky furniture and pictures of ballerinas everywhere. Nice flatscreen TV, cool bed with super soft pillows etc. It's way better than your typical hotel chains and each room is decorated modern/hipster style. Location wise it's right by Comedie plaza and there is a supermarket (Monoprix) next door so...

Grand Hotel du Midi is where the action is in Montpellier- right off Place Comedie. Car Park Comedie- discount from the hotel- is nearby, and it is fun to watch the crowds of young adults wander around the plaza. We were directed by a very friendly English speaking desk person to restaurants off Rue Diderot only 5 minutes away that...

What a great, charismatic little hotel! Next to the central Place du Comedie, this is a small (44 room) boutique hotel. The staff are very attentive & the breakfasts are great & varied (no extra charge for breakfast in bed!). Step outside the relaxing lobby & you're right in the centre of a huge network of small characterful streets with...

Very well run, extremely comfortable hotel next to Place de la Comedie. Quiet, despite central location, 1 minute from tram stop. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff, who made excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is right in the centre of town making getting to places very easy. Montpellier is a great place for a weekend stay or longer. Lots...

We only stayed one night and it was great. Very comfortable king bed and the best front desk staff you will find. They held our luggage til check in, recommended a great restaurant, helped us with car hire and did it all with a smile and very good English. Excellent value, I would definitely return again.
