The staff doesn't speak English. They only clean the room on Fridays The kitchenette doesn't work. Location is good as it's close to the centre and to the airport shuttle station, but it's not a good value for money

Citadines was ideal for a short stay with my sister and son. The apartment was well presented, newly decorated and clean and fresh. Kitchen facilities were good. The location of the apartment was excellent and was easy walking distance to the centre of Montpellier. It was also very convenient for the airport, the airport bus being a 10 minute walk...

Located at the tram stop and in a nice location within a ten minute walk to the centre, which I thought was ideal. Stayed in number 306, on the top floor at a corner which I thought was great. I think this is the quieter side of the building. I had requested a quiet room with a balcony so was...

Stayed there for 4 night with a large group. Rooms are well equipped, kitchen have everything you would need to cook good meal and set up the table. Sofa bed was huge, much bigger than actual twin beds in the bedroom. Our apartment was large, however I do know they varied room on room. Balcony was great addition. Tram stop...

It is a good location, being easy walking to ' la comedie' centre, right on the tram route etc but the room we had wasn't great. The bed was comfortable and big but the toilet was off the kitchenette and without handbasin. The small outside area had 2 seats and small table but heavily covered in road dirt so unusable....

Difficult to park. Small rooms. Great local. Overall average but adequate. Wouldn't stay here again but not disappointed with the stay. The surrounding area is fantastic. -no extras -do not make beds or clean daily -small bedrooms but additional lounge room
